This company has kept me on my toes for 7 weeks! Immediate installation of two wrong products and ongoing requests to correct issues for the following period. We're down to the final fine tuning, and just when you think, 'this has to be the last contact I have to deal with this company', the next issue pops up; Wrong cooler installed, right cooler installed with wrong motor, right motor installed, but there's an audible vibration both inside and outside the home. Just when you think it can't get any worse it does. Now, they don't want to deal with the vibration, so at this very minute, there is a meeting being held to decide how to go about 'making me happy'. This, after a call from the service manager, *****************************, yesterday morning, when I already had an appointment to have the vibration issue resolved between 2 and 4 PM that day...yesterday. ***** called early in the morning, did not inform me that appointment was off the book, that the company has had 5 calls from me (I assure you it is more than 5!) and "they just want to make me happy" (!). He mentioned removing the cooler and issuing a refund and, as an afterthought, added under his breath what I interpreted as a threat, "or take it to court", or words to that effect. Well, fixing the vibration would make me happy! All the rest is talk. FIX THE VIBRATION! I find it insulting that they consider me brainless to believe they're going to remove the item and issue a refund, and the threat? On what grounds are they talking? Or they suggesting I take it up with my attorney, which I already have. I won't bother giving them any stars until the contract I signed is filled satisfactorily.
