    *** installed the air conditioner a year ago. Not working and stated needed a repair pice from the CARRIER that was under warranty. But are charging $2,000.00 to installed. Something they put in was faulty and I have to pay. We have been without air in ******* fir 3 weeks going on four. Worse service and very rude ********* not use their service. False advertising that they are on call. They will not help you at all!

    ECM promptly came to our residence and diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained the issue. The repair crew arrived early the next day and completed the install. Afterwards they cleaned up. The ******* provided instructions and answered all questions. All ECM personnel were professional, friendly, and courteous. I recommend them.****** *.

    Our AC/heating unit stopped working. Since we have a contract with ECM, we called them to fix it. They sent someone promptly, *******, who was knowledgeable and explained the problem clearly and told us that we needed a new unit. They had the paperwork done in two days and sent out two experienced technicians to install the new unit. ******* and **** were extremely efficient, neat, and pleasant. We are very satisfied with ECM and their staff.

    The people that I dealt with at ECM were all excellent. The service person came over and assisted me with the purchase of a new AC. They came the following day and installed the new AC. The installation took about 3-4 hours and they did an excellent job. After only one day I was with new AC and was very satisfied with the entire process.

    We had a brandnew 5 Ton Lennox AC installed by ECM 3 months ago and it stopped working today. We called customer ********************** and were told to check a list of possible issues on our own because they dont have any technician to send to us. However, they advertise 24 x 7 emergency service within one hour of call. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!Then we were directed to call their emergency service and left mutiple messages, no one called back. It is totally unacceptable.

    On August 15, 2024, my 3-year-old ** ******* system stopped working, and an ECM technician, #***, came to my house the next day to inspect it. He identified an E5 code and advised that the compressor must be replaced. Later that day, our parts department called me to request $530 for additional parts and informed me that it could take up to 10 days to get the compressor from the manufacturer. On August 22, I was told it might take up to 30 days to get the compressor. My family and I were without ** service this whole time (7 days) in 100-degree weather.The next day, I contacted *******, who referred me to ***** ****** *** one of their authorized service providers. This company came to my house the next day, August 23. After inspecting the *** they also mentioned the E5 code, but to fix it, it was only necessary to reboot the electrical switch. No compressor replacement or additional parts were required, and the ** has been functioning correctly since then. They did a courtesy tune-up and charged me only 200 dollars for the service call. That is honest people and service!It's disheartening that this ECM company and specific individuals would resort to such tactics to make extra money at the expense of customers and manufacturers.I will share this communication with ********* management, the BBB, and the ***************************** to help prevent this misleading behavior.

    They showed up on time and were very professional and courteous and knowledge. They kept us advised of every step along the way. They brought their own cover draperies and carted everything away and put back everything they had to move. We were very happy with them

    They were not honoring to my warranty. They said they could not get the part to fix my a/c for perhaps months.they couldn't give me a definite time.
