GT Air Conditioning was referred to us by Home Warranty Of America after the warranty company sent us two other technicians but didn't get the jobs done. Giovanni was very good. He took care of the problems and got our units fixed. We have been using GT air for annual service. He came promptly as promised and take care of whatever we needed efficiently. This past July. One f our evaporators broke. We called American Home warranty to make a claim. They send their own technician. The technician from AC Al Star told us we need a new evaporator. We paid the service call of $100.00. But the technician later told us we also need to replace to coils as well to be compliant with Florida heating and Air regulation. The warranty will not pay for coils. We would be responsible. We agreed and requested a better unit for energy efficiency and will be paying for whatever the new coils are. A few days later the technician came with the Goodman unit. We already have two units from Carrier. My husband refuses to accept Goodman. HWA told us they put whatever is available and they are under no obligation to install the same old brand we currently got. I was out of the country and my husband was at home dealing with AC ALL STARs. HWA said if we want to go with another brand they will not approve even evaporator was covered under warranty originally, and we would have to pay on our own. AC ALL Star quotes us over 5k. We called Giovanni. He was less expensive and we would rather pay for someone we work with before and trust. I would recommend using GT air. He is very honest. He stand by his work. We are very happy with Giovanni.
