On April 23rd, at the Hypoluxo car wash, my truck was being washed and the machine ripped off the running board on the driver side of the car. An employee came and found out that my running board had become stuck in one of the machines and removed it. When I leave the automatic wash I was attended by a woman allegedly responsible for the location and she was extremely angry with what happened and said to me that this was my problem and the car wash would not be responsible for anything, I asked her name and she didn't answer me. So another employer, who identified himself as ***** very politely opened a complaint online in the car wash system, taking photos and collecting my personal data and told me that within a week I would receive a call from the responsable department. After 10 days passed, I went back to the car wash without received a call from no one and they told me that they couldn't do anything bout it, that I would have to call the regional manager named ***. I called immediately, and when he answered the call, he told me that he never received any complaint regarding my truck, so once again I explained what happened and sent the photos to Mr *** who told me he would check the situation and get back with a response. After waiting for another week, I tried to call Mr *** again and he didn't answer me, so I sent text messages and he replied that he could not be responsible for non-genuine parts of my car, which is not true as this is a series item for this truck, I even suggested that they pay for the damaged parts and I would pay for the labor, even so they continue to insist that this part is not part of my truck and that it would be an accessory installed by me and it didn't come of manufactures. Since then I have been unable to contact anyone responsible for this car wash and I have had to pay for the damage caused by them. Now I'm going to file a lawsuit to recover the amounts spent on repairing my truck and my wasted time.Initial Complaint

On 12/24/2023 at approximately 10am I went through the car wash and upon completion, I was stopped due to no workers being around in an unsafe condition, I was hit by the car behimnd me going through the car wash. It caused damage to both our cars. Since this accident was 100% avoidable but due to the manager not being on premise and not contacting in regards to my accident. I have paid a monthly fee of around $32 and havent heard from them. *** the regional manager told me to come down on saturday 02/03/23 only for him not to be at the location we agreed upon. They have been rude and have very poor work conditions. I also filed a complaint with the ******* State ************************Initial Complaint

was being charged for monthly subscription starting on april 2023 to feb 2024 never signed a contrac ,i called the compny and they can only refund for six months ( september ) is as far they can go back im still missing back pay from april to aug which comes out to $267.5
