I took my vehicle to **** to have it fixed. I never received any follow-up calls. I had to call the company every time for updates. After two months, **** told me he could not obtain the needed part for my vehicle and said he needed me to pick up my car. This phone call happened on a Monday. I asked if it would be okay for me to get the car on Thursday as I am a full-time student. He said that was fine. I called that Thursday to confirm it was okay to send a tow to pick up the car. I was told that was fine. It wasn't until the tow arrived that I discovered that **** had taken the liberty of moving my car to a ******* parking lot without my consent. The car was taken to impound after sitting for so long. The car was impounded the Friday before the Monday when he requested me to pick up the vehicle. When I got my car from the impound, multiple items were missing, two flat tires and the brand-new battery was dead. **** has not responded to me via text or call since this matter.
