      I ordered this fruit platter on April 29th to be delivered on May 10th and I paid $64.19 which was charged on my credit card.This order was never received and I can't get this business on the phone or via email through the website. I also tried calling and emailing **************** in ******* with no luck.I want this charge reversed since it wasn't delivered and this is the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with.regards,*************************

      I purchased an Edible Arrangement on 2/26 for my employer that lost her pet. When it arrived it was not what I ordered and all the fruit was rotten. I tried for weeks to call the number on file for the merchant and kept getting a voicemail. I left several messages and never got a return call. After doing further research I found that this location has such bad reviews online and does this a lot. I paid additional for chocolate covered fruit and it did not have any. I want my money back.

      The item received was 1/4 of the size of the item purchased. As you can see in the attached pictures under the "regular size" compared the the recipients picture shows a completely different product than ordered. No white doves were included at all, and instead had a "Wow for You" tag was put in the middle thats not supposed to even be on this delivery as this was a SYMPATHY gift, nothing to WOW about losing a parent. Called the store and the lady said she herself didn't pack it and caught an attitude and hung up. Never picked up another call after that although I tried over 5 times. A full refund is requested as the item received is nowhere near the item ordered and no sympathy message was received with the item either.

      I submitted an order for 2 sympathy arrangements for coworkers who lost loved ones. I spent $100.57 for 2 Simply Edible ******-petite on Wednesday, February 7, 2024. I paid an extra free to have it delivered within the hour. The items never arrived, so I called to inquire about my order 3 hours later. They took my information and promised they would deliver it the following day (Thursday) as soon as they opened at 9:30. Again, the work day went by and still the order wasnt delivered. I called again (around 2:30), and was told they were leaving with my order. The driver arrived and only gave one of the two items purchased. I called to question why, left messages, and did not receive a response. I left work around 3:30 and immediately drove to the stores location to speak to someone and requested my money back (at least for what wasnt received). The girl at the desk wrote my information down and assured me the owner would get back to me. Once again, I never received a phone call. Today, Friday, I called several time without response, and I left 2 messages. I still havent received a response. This is beyond ridiculous. I want my money back for the item I was not given.

      Re: Edible Arrangements PO# W1008241437-1 - purchased through the ************* (*****) location.I am following up on a refund I was supposed to receive for a delivery on 2/12/23 of a chocolate dipped indulgence platter. The platter was received very late, well passed the original delivery time and the fruit on the platter was brown, had no flavor &was not EDIBLE. I attempted to call Edible Arrangements to discuss my situation and was on hold for 90 minutes with no one ever picking up the phone. I went into the store I ordered the platter from to discuss my problem with the store manager and was advised that the phone was never picked up by corporate because they are receiving too many complaints from people & handle it by just not picking up the phone. He relayed that I should just throw the food out & I would receive a refund within 7 days. I have yet to receive the refund or call!I have received several arrangements over the years in the ******** area that were fresh, beautiful & delicious. I can't explain how disappointed I am with your ************** lack of service. I would like a follow up call & refund immediately from Edible Arrangements!

      I place an order for $180 worth of fruit trays for same day delivery on 1/19/23. The store called and said that they would probably not be able to make the delivery by 5pm when the recipient business closed, and they asked if they could do the delivery the next day before noon. I agreed to the revised delivery date. I called the store on 1/20 at 10:30 am to confirm that the delivery would be made by noon as agreed. The store employee stated that the delivery would be made by noon and that the delivery driver was on the way. I reiterated that the delivery had to be made by noon since the recipient business closed at noon. I was assured that it would. I received a delivery confirmation email at around 3:30 pm. This didn't make sense since I knew the business location was closed. I called the intended recipient who confirmed that as of 2 pm when she left and closed the office nothing had been received. Since the delivery was perishable, she sent someone to check the closed office and confirmed that no delivery had been made as claimed by Edible Arrangements. So, no delivery was made as claimed by Edible Arrangements. I reviewed their online reviews, and this appears to be a frequent issue with this store.
