Provider charged me out of pocket payment. Provider was reimbursed by my insurance company in Feb 2023.I have trying unsuccessfully to get a refund for my out of pocket payment of $125.They are aware they have been paid twice and will not refund my money.They sent me a credit card refund receipt but my credit card stated they have cancelled that refund.They have now been paid twice for my visit and I am due a refund.The owner will not *************. Their voicemail has been full for over a month and will not take messages. The office staff say there is nothing they can do as it must come from the owner.Business response

We did the refund back on April 7th at 10:38am but some how it did not go thru. I contacted the merchant company and they had to do an investigation on why for security purpose . They re processed the refund which I have attached. if you have any concerns please do not hesistate to contact us .Customer response
