      I have relocated from ********** to ************. I was referred to Greenleaf transport from the moving company that I used. I was referred to ****** and **** of Greenleaf auto transport. They required a deposit of $300 per car. I have two cars therefore I have given a $600 deposit. Other transport companies do not require deposit. But since they were referred to me I went with them as I felt obligated. They were supposed to pick up my cars between July 10th and July 12th. It is now July 23rd and they have not sent anyone to pick up my cars. They do not return phone calls. They refuse to communicate with me and tell me that my deposit is non-refundable and if anything they are requesting me to pay $400 more. Feel like this is extortion. I reached out to another company. I was able to get them picked up the next day. So I feel everything that they're telling me is false and they are trying to get more money out of me. They refuse to give me a deposit. I feel like I have been trapped. I feel like I have been extorted. I feel like I have been given the worst customer service of my life. Never ever use this company. Bad people. Bad customer service. Bad ratings. Bad reviews now that I'm looking into it. Everyone says the same thing.

      When referring to the auto transport industry, every vehicle needs to be posted to  a national loading board called centraldispatch.com

      This is where all of the independent auto carriers go to fill their trucks. The carriers deal with us and other broker as this is a broker driven industry. When other vehicles on the route are paying more then others, the higher paying vehicles get chosen first. This was the case for this customer and we offered to post the load for a higher cost to get bites from carrier, this was just an option for them to get it moved quicker. Every broker takes a deposit in order to post to central. The agreement that the customer signed states the broker fee is non-refundable. This is standard practice's for all auto brokers.

      I scheduled my move from ********** to ********** with a moving company called One Source *** Lines. They asked if I would be shipping a vehicle, and offered to transfer me to the car shipping department. Turns out it's Green Leaf Auto, an entirely different company. I wish I had not just trusted this, because I wound up signing an agreement stating the deposit is non-refundable for any reason. I guess that part is on me but I would never have imagined that that would include the fact that they would keep your deposit when they fail to render the promised services. They took my deposit, and never contacted me after that. When it came time for my scheduled pick up, I called a couple days in advance to see if we were still confirmed because I hadn't heard anything. They said yes and someone would call me the night before to confirm the time. No one ever called or showed up. I started calling regularly to see what was going on and every time the answer was that they put it on Central Dispatch and there is nothing they can do beyond putting it ip there and waiting for a carrier to pick up the job. They cant do anything else. And then they stopped answering my calls. I never got any service rendered. And they kept my deposit. ****** and **** are the ones I have worked with and they blatantly lied, lied by omission, misled me, wasted my time, and then stopped answering my calls.

      Green leaf auto transport let the investors find out wha they do to my car is missing for more than a month another company  khan auto transport to transport my car here in *********

      **** has formed a contract with me detailing the transport of my automobile. He took $300 from my credit card and then proceeded to tell me on several occasions there was a driver scheduled for pick up. The driver never came, and subsequent calls to **** resulted in him sending my calls to voicemail and ignoring my text messages. I am now out $300 and this company also has my credit card information and social security number. This company was referred to me by First Rate Movers.

      On 9/5/2022 Green Leaf Auto Transport was referred to me by the moving company, ****************** to transport my ****** Forester and Harley ******** from ******, ** to **********, **. I paid a $600 deposit and the company never showed up to collect my vehicles. **** is the owner of the business whom stated he would refund my money, but this never occurred and since they have refused to return my calls or text messages. I have attached a signed contract, with terms and conditions of the company.

      Auto contract states that the deposit is non-refundable. We cannot guarantee pickup dates as we are waiting for independent carriers to respond to the listing through the national loading board- Central Dispatch.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have attached text messages from **** stating he will pick up my car.  I have summarized below.

      On 10/24/2022 **** requested a 3 day window for car and motorcycle pick up.  I requested 11/11-11/13.

      11/10/2022: I texted **** asking how much cash was needed at time of pick up and/or delivery.  He told me money was not due at time of pick up, but at drop off.  He also told me the dates for pick up.

      Text from **** on 11/10/2022: "It looks like pick up day will be between the 13th and the 16th."  My response - "OK"

      11/14/2022 from me: "Any update on when the car will be picked up?"  

      Response from **** "In the next 72 hours I should have a driver for you."

      I received no response for 72hrs.

      11/17/2022 "Any updates for car pick up? You think they can pick up on Saturday or Sunday, I can even do Monday morning or Friday very late...thanks!"

      Response from NIck: ***** that will work this weekend"

      11/18/2022:  "Do you know day/time for pick up" - no response.  Follow up in the afternoon "Any update for the car pick up?" - no response.

      11/19/2022: "Are you picking up my car tomorrrow?" 

      Response from ****: "I'll call you back." - No phone call back. I called and left voicemails on 11/19, 11/20, and 11/21.  **** never called or texted me back to schedule a car pick up for any date.  At this point, I knew he did not have plans to pick up my car or motorcycle.

      On 12/6/2022 I called and requested a refund.  He stated he would call his billing department and initiate a refund.  This never happened.  I sent a text message on 12/8/2022 for a follow-up on the refund.  He requested I call him.  I immediately called him and left a voicemail.  He never called me back.  After which, I reported him to the better business bureau, because it appeared to be a scam.

      Hello,

      The agreement customer entered into clearly states that we cannot guarantee pickup or delivery dates, we simple provide estimated windows. When we did locate a carrier willing to pickup the vehicles, customer had already left with the keys and naturally they were unable to pickup the loads. Customer signed agreement that stated the deposit is our fee for locating a carrier, this is non-refundable. In this situation the customer should have left behind the keys for the carrier.

      We do apologize but a refund would not be available for this situation.

      I have attached all text messages from **** at Green Leaf Auto from the beginning of my relationship with Green Leaf Auto.  This was Nicks preferred method of communication.  **** moved the pick up date on multiple occasions and then stopped communicating with me after I tried on several occasions to connect with him both via text message and voicemails.  I never received a confirmation date for pick up, as seen on the attached text messages.  On 12/6/2022, approximately 3 weeks after the latest pick up window, I was able to connect with **** on the phone.  He agreed to give me a refund and requested I text him with my name, amount of refund, and details of my car.  This is seen in the text messages.  After which I followed up on 12/8/2022 for an update on the refund and I did not receive a response via text or phone call.  Thank you for your assistance in rectifying this situation.

      I called to have a car transported by this company. My car never got picked up to be delivered to **************. Unfortunately, the person I contacted passed away.I have gotten nothing but the run around and I asked for my money to be returned to my credit card for services not rendered and they have not done so as of today. This money does not belong to them. I don't understand how a company think they can keep money for services they never rendered.

      Here is my experience. I had to move from ** to **, so I did everything in advance, I looked for moving companies 2 months before the move, I researched my moving company for the furniture (*****************) and they looked legit, so I scheduled the service and when I asked if they would take care of moving one of my cars, they said they will give me a call from the auto department. Little I know that the auto department was actually a different company in this case Green Leaf Auto Transport. At the time I didn't realize and stupid me, I signed their estimate that basically says that the $300 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance. So basically, they can keep saying they couldn't find a carrier for you and just keep your money because you signed that agreement with the promise that "eventually" they will find one. So, when the time of the move came, I tried calling them but *****, who is the only person working the phone on this scam, would never pick up. She finally returned my call 2 days before the move to let me know that the carrier had cancelled on her and she was trying to find another one. ***** for me at that time I already had a way to take my car down to ** because after reading reviews of this company I knew they would never show up. And that's the last communication I had with her, nobody ever called, nobody ever showed up.

      I had a terrible experience with Green Leaf Auto. Aside from poor customer service and an unresponsive carrier and representative, I am reporting because I believe their business practices are dishonest and potentially dangerous. 1. My contract allows for up to 100 lbs of storage inside my vehicle for moving. However, when the carrier came to pick up my vehicle, they upcharged me and refused to take my car unless I agreed to pay an additional fee for more than 50 lbs in my vehicle (my items were all less than 100 lbs). They also predicted the weight by eyeballing the items. There was no way for them to prove more than 100 lbs. However, because I weight the items and added the weight prior to loading, I know that I was under 100 lbs and my contract was not honored. 2. When my vehicle was delivered, the carrier wanted to deliver to a town more than ************************************************************************************************ weather conditions. When I told them I needed them to select from one of the four addresses after offering them to find a fifth address (which they refused) they threatened to dump my car for towing more than 110 miles away. When I finally convinced the driver to meet at one of the nearest locations to the original four addresses, he last minute changed the pick up location to be on the side of the onboard lane to a major highway in the evening while raining. When I picked up the car, the driver was very angry and I had to threaten to call the policy because he was refusing to give me my keys.
