I am writing this complaint in reference to the Management. This place hasn't since I became a tenant in 2019 satisfied any complaints and fixtures properly since my stay begun. At this time at these apartments we have a hole made by maintenance to fix plumbing and the hole has been in the wall since Aug 08 2021. I have a text message from the assistant manager stated the problem would be fixed by days end 08 10 2021 which has not been fixed to this day. We are being harassed for rent while nothing is being fixed and never attempted to withhold our payment once. Late payment should never be the deciding factor when it comes to fixtures, but as the text message from management shows that they are only concerned with rent instead the residents comfort. Now that I'm late owing 364.00 from a monthly cost of 1110.00 late fee included, we have been locked out of the system to make payments online or by paylease when we were told at the beginning of the year money orders will not be accepted.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/28) */ The customer is unhappy due to us having to enforce our company's policy as to rental payments. Due to Covid we were allowing residents to make partial payments as long as they gave us a promise to pay date and kept it. The customer has made promise to pay on a given date for a set amount to then make a payment for less than the promised amount. The customers then feels harassed when they are served with another legal notice for rental payment as we are required to do. Once we have to issue another legal notice we have to also block our customer on the payment portal so that they will not make another partial payment. As for the hole in the master bedroom closet, I am embarrassed to say but that totally feel through the cracks my entire maintenance staff was out for 14 days due to Covid during the time of August 9th and the 27th and upon their return we had emergencies that had to be addressed from non working ac's to active leaks and the work order for minor repair and sheetrock repair fell to the back. The wall repair to our customer will be completed no later than 10/8.
