Huge disappointment,After all the rage, I caved and decided to buy the mattress topper, sheet set with a caddy organizer prior to my upcoming deployment. I placed the order on Oct 3, 2022 in the amount of $195 for a fitted sheet, one additional sheet, a mattress topper, and a caddy organizer. A few weeks later I received the sheets and caddy organizer but no mattress topper (arguably the most important part in my opinion). Well, after literally months of back and forth emails (because no one ever answered the phone), I was half way through deployment and the mattress topper hadnt even shipped yet! ***** continued to mention that they were experiencing an unexpected shortage and they would ship the mattress topper as soon as possible. Mind you, never once on the website was it mentioned they were sold out or a particular part of my order was back-ordered (I was sure to check). By January 6 I had enough and requested a full refund. Naturally, they only refunded me the amount for the mattress topper and still charged me $108 for some mediocre quality sheets and a caddy organizer. Pathetic business etiquette for what regrettably should have been a good experience with a so-called veteran owned company. Would highly caution to anyone doing business. Do yourself a favor and purchase everything they offer on Amazon or walmart Just buy cot sized XL sheets and a mattress topper and youll be just as happy and save a lot of money and frustration.
