On 05/08/2019, I placed my first order #AT164511559 with H3**93535313**4373930H Tin Ceilings for a quantity of 16 tiles and cost of $9**.00. Item #n-p**-fgw Nail-up Pattern #** Gold Washed w/white. The order received was perfect.. On 01/14/20** I had my contractor place the second order as he would be the installer. He is ******************* of ****************************. **************************************************************. Phone ************. He ordered 30 of the identical product as on the original Sales Order. ***********fgw, Nail-up pattern #** Gold Washed w/white..This order received was shoddy, a brassy, orange color totally unlike the original color.. ************** and I both have contacted the H3**03**5393030353932H numerous times. They claim there may a color variation. but that is exactly why we ordered the identical color as in 2019. Apparently they kept the same item number with a different color.. ************** and I both have talked to representatives of the H3**03**5393030353932H and they repeat their disclaimer, and will not allow us to return the product for a refund..
