I visited the office in June and July in 2021. I didn't receive a cleaning like I scheduled and they did services that were unnecessary, under the guise that my insurance would cover the services. They made a treatment plan for me, but were unnecessarily upselling services I didn't need. They even tried to talk me into Invisalign. I paid about $200 for a two-part visit. The hygienist was talking to me about costs, which seemed strange and inappropriate. I decided after the second visit that is would not be back. I received a bill for $70 in December, telling me it was 120 days overdue. This is the first time seeing this bill and I still have yet to hear what it is for. I'm assuming insurance didn't cover something that I didn't need. Infuriated at this company. Corporate dentistry. No heart and soul.
