    Hired ***** to deliver a Sofa I purchased from *********** It was supposed to take 1 hour to deliver and he was 3 hours late. When asked why he was late he said he had to stop at ********** for another job. When he got to my house, I noticed that there was damage to the Sofa. He said it fell off of his truck en route. He said he would get his uncle to repair the upholstery and bring a steamer to clean it (It was a white sofa). He charged me $110 for the delivery and he failed to keep his word of repairing and cleaning the sofa.image1,image2,image3 were what the sofa looked like originally and PXL images are how he delivered it to me.

    I hired Ty for house renovations with an agreed completion time of 3 weeks. However, by the end of the timeframe, only a fraction of the work was done. I paid half upfront and was supposed to pay the rest upon completion. Due to unsatisfactory progress, I wanted to renegotiate, to which Ty initially agreed. However, he abruptly abandoned the project without notice. I discovered this only after repeatedly reaching out to him and receiving a disrespectful message stating 'there is no more dialogue between you and I'. I paid $5,500 upfront, but only $1,500 worth of work was completed. Additionally, Ty was unprofessional, damaging my exterior door and leaving a mess in one of my bathrooms after incomplete demolition. Overall, a disappointing and untrustworthy experience.
