This dilemma started in the year ************************************************** ********. To make a long story short I got jumped by 3 individuals that did not have any Identification to purchase a tobacco product. In this dilemma I got a tooth kicked out and torn rotator cuff. When this dilemma was finally situated the individuals were facing jail time and or probation. Since I had insurance through my job, I was told to go to Bayview Dental so I could have a bridge in my mouth. The first mistake that this Dental facility done was pull 1 of my teeth that did not need pulling. I asked the dentist why was the tooth pulled? And a lady said that I wanted it pulled which I didn't. So they made a temporary bridge for my mouth until a permanent bridge came from the lab. The problem that I am having now is that the bridge that was made for my mouth has metal connectors that fit on my teeth to hold the bridge in place. And the metal connector that fits on my teeth to hold the bridge steady has rotted and broken so the bridge is just in my mouth mo0vin around and I know the other tooth that is supporting this bridge is going to brake also. its just a matter of time. I have been to this Dental Facility to tell them about the problems that I am having with this bridge. Every time I go to this Dental Facility they want to charge me for a consultation
