      I went to Bradenton Family Dentistry for an emergency accessed tooth. I needed a prescription for antibiotics. The website stated $59 new patient. After being told I needed $14,000 worth of dental work, the office assistant told me that it would be best to take a loan thru ****** for $400. I paid $159.60 for my one and only visit. I now have to pay back a loan that I Never received. I have contacted the office manager of Bradenton Family several times and she has reassured me that she sent ****** a Refund/Referral via email. ****** is still charging my bank account for monthly payments. I have also contacted ****** numerous times only to be told they have not received any emails concerning this matter. I have been trying to solve this issue since July 2022 and I am not getting positive results.

      I paid for the service provided with my credit card on 2/10/2022 because they did not deal with my insurance company. My insurance company then paided them directly. In the attached file dated 4/20/2022 Bradention Family Dentistry said they agreed that they were paided twice and they would send me the payment back that I made with the credit card. On 5/6/2022, 5/10/2022 and 5/12/2022 I sent emails asking for the $1,500.00 over payment. I did not receive any replys. On May 16, 2022 when I called Amanda said she would get this resolved this week. On May 17, 2022 Amanda called, she took my credit numbers to reimburse the payment that I made on the date the service was provided. On May 18, 2022 Amanda called checking if my credit card way reimbursed. I told her it was not done. This over payment was received by Bradenton Family Dentistry from my insurance on 2/20/2022. The check was cleared on 2/03/2022. I was told on 4/20/2022 my $1,500.00 was being returned to me. I can not get them to returned my $1,500.00.
