WOW THIS DENTIST IS THE REAL DEAL!
I was informed by my dentist that I needed a root canal and he highly recommended Dr. Craig D******. I can't stress to you how much I hate the dentist and hearing I had to get a root canal gave me the greatest anxiety to think of having to go through. I went in for a consultation and Dr. D****** and his staff were extremely efficient with their time in ensuring that the overall diagnostic / assessment was valid. I cannot stress to you how much I appreciated this service as 90% of other dentist/ doctors that I have been to are more money hungry and lack to validate the need for the service prior to treatment. He did confirm I needed the root canal and added me to his schedule based off of MY availability being very flexible and understanding that I don't get off of work until 4pm but was willing to stay late with his staff to take care of my tooth. Throughout the whole process, Dr. D****** talked me through everything he was doing from numbing my teeth to what steps he was taking to drill out the canal and fill it back. The procedure was done before I knew it and I FELT NOTHING! I was shocked how easy it was and needed nothing but an Advil a few hours after the numbing went away. I received a phone call later in the evening checking up on how I was doing and felt extremely valued by their customer service. As a Quality Director for the largest fiberglass manufacturer in the US, I can't stress the importance of understanding the customers needs. Dr. D****** and his staff exceeded my expectations and I can greatly appreciate his logical work ethic treating those who really need it.
