      I purchased an electric scooter from this company in less than a year the batteries and the motors went bad and they refuse to honor their warranty

      I bought a trike for $15,053.73 on 2/27/2022. They only provided me with a title and no tags to drive it or to be able to register the vehicle with the DMV. The Vehicle have many bugs and they refuse to repair them from day one.I have messaged the CEO, but he says that he"s going to fix it, but never does.I have this insured from day one, but cannot ride this legally. I will be putting up a YouTube showing all the problems with this Vehicle.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/27) */ Dear Sir / Madam, We are in receipt of your sent complaint regarding the reverse-trike customer who filed with your office. Please find our formal response to your office as below : 1. It was agreed between the said customer and our distributor, Mr. Mario Faga to get license plate ( tag ) issued by DMV ( to skip the temp tag step ), and all documents ( Bill of Sales, MSO and VIN sticker ) were submitted to DMV immediately after the sales took place. Customer did test drive the vehicle and was pleased with everything ! 2. While the customer was waiting for the DMV appointment, we provided a dealer plate free of charge to the customer to drive ! 3. While the customer was waiting for the appointment date and had the vehicle under his own and sole care, custodian and control, he wrecked the rear rim and resulted a flat ! 4. As a result of the above captioned incident, the customer couldn't show up to the DMV appointment with the vehicle. 5. Our company found out about the incident from the customer and immediately ordered a replacement rim to shipped over from Asia. The replacement rim finally arrived yesterday, and we have informed the customer about the status and plan to drive out there on Monday to drop off the new replacement rim ( 7 hours of drive time / round trip ). Then he will be able to schedule another DMV appointment accordingly. In dealing with this customer, our company has gone over and beyond our normal business practice all along. Including free stereo, free replacement rim, free delivery and personal attention from the undersigned as the President and CEO of our company. We thank you very much in advance for your kind attention to this matter, and we hereby certify that we have been handling this whole matter faithfully and professionally all along, please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned at any time if we may provide you with further information or assistance.
