I have been dealing with Luminous Electric located at3154 Lakewood Ranch Blv #102 Bradenton Fl 24211 since August 3rd 2021, they have not completed the electrical work. They have been to my home numerous times and still have not completed the work. I had their manager come to my home and he was of no help at all as far as he was concerned the work was completed. I have open sockets with wires hanging out of them,they smashed a hole on my porch to check the wires to my porch fan , fans not working and I have a hole on the outside of my house,they installed 2 outside lights one does not fit correctly never fixed it. They also charged me for installing 4lamps. I have no smoke alarms in my home. They were supposed to put wireless ones in they wanted an extra300 dollars to complete that. The first person that came here in August told me to purchase all the alarms and light switches myself because they would be less expensive,then he said he would come by on Hispanic time to complete the work (I thought it didn't sound right) but I agreed , he never came back .I informed the company of that and I believe they let him go. I was also told that they do not send paper bills anymore it's all done on line. So eventually i was given a paper bill.To my amazement I was charged for things that we not done . My house has open light sockets and holes outside my house. I have made many appointments with them since , every time I was given an excuse why the can not send someone , they would not call to tell me that until the morning of the appointment. I have given them 900 dollars so far and they refuse to complete their work. They tell me it's complete, I can't deal with them anymore my home is not wired correctly I can only pray that their negligence will not cause a fire in my home.I am a 67year old widow living alone . I feel that they have taken advantage of an elderly woman. Thank you. I surely hope you can help me solve this catastrophe. ****** ****

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/09) */ we did all the work that we were contracted to do for Mrs **** and we have our estimate and invoice to prove it . our manager even did a site visit and lots of phone calls to Mrs **** to go over all the work on our estimate . He determined that everything was done on that list . Mrs **** had a new list of things to do which we gave a new estimate for, but she wanted done for free. we tried our best with some discounts but Mrs **** wanted it for free which we could not do .
