Since March 2021, BBB started to receive complaints and/or BBB Scam Tracker Reports concerning MyFedBenefits. Specifically, they are sending text messages claiming they are a provider through the US government to help federal workers planning to retire, using the Military Buy Back Program.
1). The website, https://myfedbenefits.com/, was created in December 9, 2009.
2). Their email address, [email protected], bounced back when BBB attempted to forward a consumer complaint.

BBB received the following Scam Tracker report(s):
- August 19, 2021:
"The person claimed to be a provider of help though government to federal workers planning to retire. Person came to my home and once I gave all personnel info they went into my TSP and planned to move monies over to their annuity business setup. BEWARE!!!"
