I have been dealing with **** for a long time many years. Every time I have placed an order I have gotten exactly what *** ordered. No questions asked great price great service friendly would recommend him to anyone if more people like him, the world will be a better place.Review from Ray S

Wide selection of products ************ and shipped quickly. This is my go to for hard to find products. I have used this website since 2019 absolutely zero issues.

BEWARE OF SHIPPING COSTS!! The shipping policy clearly states free shipping on any product to any USA address. Upon contacting them about this policy after being assessed shipping charges the contact person became rude and stopped communication. This company doesn't deserve to remain in business. at least five times I asked this customer for the url of the free shipping quote, he never complied. We do not offer free shipping on our website so I suspect that this person has us mixed up with one of the many Fishermen's and Fisherman's headquarters in the USA.
Make this person supply the url of the web page that he is referring to , not provide a screen shot.

This guy asked me 4 times not 5. I have the text to prove same. I did provide the url page he requested and this is when he stopped communications. I do not have his business mixed up with any other as he stated. The contact number was from his website.

I have explored all three of the check out pages on my website, none offer free shipping.
This person still has not provided the url of the checkout page in question, the url provided above is the landing page of the website and does not back up his claim.Customer Response

He obviously hasn't even looked. He first tried to say i had the wrong website and now he is trying to say i haven't provided the right url. If this guy explored the checkout page he did it with his eyes shut. It is clearly located at the bottom of the page.Fishermen's Headquarters Response

This dude clearly will not admit to the shipping policy located at the bottom of the checkout page. Perhaps when others in the future contact him about it he won't be so rude and at least discuss it in a professional manner.Fishermen's Headquarters Response

Again for the tenth time (via text also) this person will not submit the url of the page in question. My website has over 90,000 pages and I cannot spend the time to find the page he is complaining about. I may appear rude, however ******* is the rude person since he will not submit a simple request so that I can verify his complaint.Customer Response

This dude is apparently having some anger issues. Very unprofessional. I now agree that this issue needs to come to an end. I no longer wish to communicate with this business. I respectfully ask the BBB to end this review.Fishermen's Headquarters Response

No anger issues here, kindly supply the URL of the webpage so I can verify free shipping. I do not accept a cut and paste of the web page involved.
