Hello,
We never received a review from this customer. The last communication we had with this customer was over a month ago and we have not heard from this customer since. If the customer sent the review and it was not on our website then the customer should have contacted our company (Which they did not) and file a complaint. There was no complaint filed with our company nor was any communication filed about a review not being posted.
The customer received their order and contacted us on a Saturday (Not during normal business hours) and stated that one "One" side not "Two" sides were not finished correctly and needed sanded. We responded on Saturday (Not during normal business hours) and advised the customer we were sorry and would have the table brought back and fixed here. We paid (which we should) to have it brought back and fixed. The only thing that had to be done is sand the "One" side and then we applied our "Satin Polyurethane" and sent it back to the customer.
The customer received it back and stated that we did not apply the "Satin Polyurethane", we asked for photos and the customer sent photos. Our staff reviewed the photos and it looked that "Satin Polyurethane" was applied. We advised the customer that it was applied. Customer stated that he thought we could not see anything by the photos and were wrong. At this time we offered to have the piece brought back and examined here or if not, we can send him our touch up Polyurethane and apply himself. The customer chose to do the Touch up option. We sent it to the customer right away. This was one month ago. We have not heard from the customer since.
We try to always help the customer and we were here for this customer from the beginning and on the weekend when we were closed. We would spend as much money as possible to make any situation right if it is our fault as a company. We did not delete any review from this customer and we did take care of the issue with the customer and the customer was fine a month ago and now we receive this review. We are saddened that a month has went by and there was still an issue and the customer did not contact us further. We are always available to address any issue if the customer contacts us.
