      In 1/26/22 I mistakenly made two payments on the same bill of 56.11. I discovered the mistake and called Truepartners about it. They acknowledge that yes I had, and I could request a refund be sent out to me. On 2/1/22 the refund was submitted. I was told that this could take up to 60 days to receive the refund. After 60+ days, I call into there customer service and now was told, that the refund could take up to 90 days. I complained a little bit, and customer service rep said he would send a request to accounting to call me within 3 days to discuss. No phone call received. After 90 + days no refund yet, I called again. Customer service rep told me that refund checks are sent out the first of month, so be patient, you will receive refund check. Towards the end of May, No refund check. I called in again, and Customer service rep told me that this case was under review? I explained the issue again for the fifth time, asked to speak to Manager or Supervisor but rep would not transfer me or get Manager to speak with me. He also told me to call back in about 3weeks and let's see where we are then. I called in June, now more than 120+ days, and no refund check has been issued. I was told to call back later this month to see if anything has been done. I also requested to speak to Manager but still a No. I have proof in my credit card account that I had made 2 payments for the same amount of 56.11. I was not able to print this statement, so I had to take the 2 pictures, of this transaction. It does show the same date, same Billing agency( Truepartners) and same amount. I know it's only 56.11 but hopefully you can help out with this refund. Thank you

      Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2022/06/23) */ This response was taken verbally by the BBB: At this time we would need the consumers: Full name, account number, Date of Birth and address in order to look up the consumer. Consumer Response /* (3000, 14, 2022/06/24) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) They already have all this information, and I have called more than 6 times to request that they send me the refund that they had acknowledged back in January of 2022 that aI had indeed did send a extra payment by mistake, and would refund this. Which to this day, no refund. Information requested: **** ******* / **** ** *** ** * *** **** ******** ** ***** / account # ********** Consumer Response /* (3000, 23, 2022/07/24) */ Hello, I take it that the business is not going to respond, or send the refund. It's pretty sad that they know that I had mistakenly over paid and repeatedly told me for months that they would reimburse me the over payment, but had no attentions of doing so. Thank you for your efforts in trying to reach out to the business, and even now you can see the hassle that I had went through to get no where, as you ( BBB ) had no success with the business either.
