I purchased a Nissan Frontier with additional ******* care contracts. I traded in my vehicle and they are supposed to refund those contracts at a pro rated amount. I keep calling and they just transfer me to someones voicemail and no one ever calls me backBusiness response

***************** reached out to **************** this morning. We explained to *************** that we never received a call from him but would be happy to assist. ****** emailed **************** the required documents to complete so that we can prosess the refund. **************** needs to complete this paperwork along with an odometer statement from the other dealer, return to us and we will process. The process may take 2-4 weeks for a refund.Customer response

I took my 2010 Nissan Altima to Get repaired Twice The first time I paid 150$ they stated it was fixed about 5 days later the same problem occurred again and i took it back up there then i was told the price to fix it was over 1,000 So I paid for it to be fixed. When I went to pick it up the car barely moved. I finally gave up on them and took it to my dealer driver nation and it was finally fixed. I wasted all of my money with Nissan I explained to then what happened and I was told that I was lying and I had a fake receipt from drive nationBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/07/06) */ We are currently researching the customers complaint and trying to validate their complaint along with the repairs that they claimed fixed the vehicle. If we find that our repairs did not fix any of the issue with the vehicle or were not required then we will happily refund the customer if we can prove that additional repairs were required and paid for. Consumer Response /* (3000, 12, 2022/07/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) You all did not fix my car!! I took it back to the car company I got it from & another repair place fixed it & I also provided a receipt that you said to me was fake, so with that being said, what would you like to see on the paperwork? I can provide another one. Also I was told that a professional repair person who really knows what they are doing & I trusted Nissian to be that because I have a nissian ... the people who actually fixed it told me that all you needed to do was DRIVE the car & you'll pretty much know exactly what's wrong with the car. Not only did I tell you all that my car doesn't accelerate but all you needed to do was drive it & you'll see the problem but you all didn't listen to me when I made the appointment to get my car fixed. You all checked the lights that were on & called me back about a price for the lights in the dashboard. I told them to only fix what would get the car to drive & I was told that I needed all this stuff to get the car to move again. & you also DID NOT drive the car because if you would've at least driven the car, I wouldn't have to file this report because you all got over $1100 & didn't even fix my car. I just think it's fair I get my money back because you all did not do the job I asked y'all to do & I still had to miss work for a couple days until my car company fixed it. I trusted you all with my car & I have been treated so terribly. Everyone makes mistakes & if you couldn't fix my car, that is fine but it's only right you give my money back because I feel robbed ! I have kids & bills & life happens, I wouldn't have mind losing that kind of money if my car was actually fixed but it wasn't.
