on 11/15/2022 I had my car towed to Sunset Cadillac in Bradenton *******. It had a problem and would not start. I met with *********************** who is a service advisor for them. He told me that they would do a diagnostics test on the car and it would be $ ****** and he would let me know the problem an cost to fix it. on 11/17/22 he sent me a email with that estimate. It also included a price to change the oil witch i agreed to. the cost of the repairs were $692.71. The oil change was included in this invoice it was $94.95. on 11/18/22 i picked the car up and drove it home. On 11/19/22 i went to start my car to go to the store , the exact same problem that i just paid them to fix happened car would not start. On 11/20 i had the car towed back to them again at my expense . They kept the car until 12/6/22 17 days it took me texting **** to find out what was going on . on 12/6/22 i picked up the car and drove it home 28 miles shut car off and tried to start it and some problem happened. I texted **** and told him what happened and ask for a refund on the repair that was not the problem. Itold him i would have to pay for another tow that cost me $160.00 . I told him that they could not find the problem and i would take it to another Cadillac dealership. he said in a text message to me that they did not fix the problem but he could not refund money for the repairs. So after all this and over 20 days of not having a car i am back exactly where i started a broken car. I am only asking for the repair money back . The oil change is fine . That amount comes to $ ******. This is more than fair i have nothing to show for that money but the exact same problem i started with. please advise on how this complaint is going . 3/28/22 ordered a car at MSRP was assured this would be the deal waited 4.5 months for the manufacturer to pick up the order and build the car to have them get greedy and try to bump purchase price by 20,000Business response
