      I placed an order with this company on 08/05/2024 for a blouse. I paid $31.50 and my order #**** and I have tried to contact them but email 5-6 times finally getting one response saying they would issue a refund and I have never received it. The business owners name is ******* ******. Please see if you can help me get my money back. I think this must be a scam business that took my money.

      On 7/26/24 I purchased a dress from this company. I paid it through a 3rd party After Pay. I got a confirmation email from them but not from the company. I tried to go to their website and it says "Sorry this store is currently unavailable". There is no way to contact them. I have paid them a total of $36.72 & one final payment of $12.24 was supposed to be taken out on 9/6/24. I have gone in & tried to stop that payment however not sure if that will work. I want to report them so no one else gets scammed & I do want my refund of $36.72

      June 13th purchase date. Amount: $114.00 Order #: 2948 The shop notified me by email that my order was cancelled but not refunded. Over the last six weeks, I have emailed MULTIPLE TIMES for help. They responded ONCE to email legal at Shopify. So I did. Then Shopify told me to fill out a form. I tried. It asks for a link to my order confirmation. THE LINK DOES NOT WORK SO I CANNOT SUBMIT IT. IDK who the problem is BUT I RECEIVED ZERO ITEMS AND PAID $114. I am furious and want a refund.

      7/17/24 : placed order with the White Pelican Boutique in ********* FL Received email stating that the order #**** had been received, my card was charged and I would be notified when shipped.No additional notifications have been received I have attempted to gather information via email provided, on FB and attempting to call with the telephone # they provide on their email ************ with nothing but a continuous busy signal.

      About 6/7/2024, I placed an order for 4 items totaling $186 with the online company The White Pelican Boutique. 6/27/2024 I received an email from the company's representative, ****************, stating they were canceling my order because they were out of all 4 items. She admitted they had already withdrawn the $186.00 from my bank account. I asked about the refund and she stated it had already been refunded. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not received the refund to my bank account. I have emailed this company 4 times with no responses. Online research revealed this business is not a boutique at all. It is run out of a private residence owned by ****** and *************************** at ****************************************. I mistakenly contacted a business with the same name in *********** who stated they daily receive complaints of missing orders and refunds from the Florida business run by ***************************. People over many states are being defrauded by The White Pelican Boutique that also operates under the name of The White Pelican Co. I would appreciate any help in retreiving my $186.00 refund from this fraudulent company.

      Placed order on July 11 2024 and no shipping confirmation. Received email about order confirmation only. Attempted to contact business through telephone number which was a ****** number and left several messages no response. Emailed several times no response. Attempted through social media ******** post advertisements no response. I am wanting a refund. I have already disputed charges with my bank. This place needs to be reported.

      I ordered items from White Pelican Co. on June 6/16/2024. The order was confirmed as order #****. I sent a note on 6/27 asking about the status. Shortly after that, I received a notice that my order was canceled because they did not have enough stock to fulfill my order and that payment has not yet been refunded. I replied that I look forward to receiving my refund and now there is essentially an auto reply email that says some orders were canceled in error, the refund would take 3-5 days, and to contact legal@shopify for additional help if necessary. I've sent additional emails to ********************************************* and received the same reply each time about the order bein canceled and to contact Shopify for help. Shopify is aware of the problem but unable to help with a refund.

      On June 5, 2024 I bought $215 worth of clothing from White Pelican Co. order # ****. After several weeks of no communication I emailed them about my order. I received a reply that my order would be sent out that week. After another week I emailed again and was told my order was canceled and I would be refunded. I have never received the refund. I have reached out to them numerous times and still have not resolved the problem.

      Ordered three items online and only received two items and emailed ******* to inform of the issue and was told the item was out of stock and then told I would receive my refund in 5-7 business days of $46.00. I waited two weeks and no refund. Emailed ******* again after two weeks to let them know I still have not received refund and got no response. I never received my refund from this business or my item I paid for and its been over 2 months since ordering. Im not the only one according to ******** who has been scammed by this business.

      I have not heard from White Pelican Co. specifically regarding the refund they owed me BUT thankfully I used AFFIRM at checkout and I reached out to AFFIRM and they disputed my whole order due to lack of credibility on companies end so I was refunded for my order through AFFIRM.
