I have tried many hair fiber products and hairyagain probably has the best quality, in my opinion. I have ordered from them before and shipping was atrocious, it took over 1 month before I got my items. All items was correct, however I really do like the product they sell compare to other brands. I decided to give them a second chance just incase it really was a small logistics issue. We'll, it has been over 44 days and I haven't received my last order, and the tracking log they have online is also terrible, and this is probably why everyone thinks this company is a scam. **************** is nonexistent and product refund won't be issued until they have received their items back, so if you wanted to cancel your order which takes months to get, you actually have to wait that out and then shipping it back out plus the extra business days they want in order to get a refund. Overall don't buy from them when they're cheaper alternatives, like toppkin, dexe, etc unless you want premium hair fibers, and can afford to wait months before receiving it, then it's probably for you.Review from Sean H

This company is a total fraud . Ordered package and they send nothing that I ordered. Do not get scammed . Now they are trying to steal money from account. Buyer be aware

False advertising with the products they send vs what you purchase on their website. Terrible customer service that sometimes responds, and usually gives you the runaround. Been trying to resolve an issue of them sending me a 3rd party product instead of their own product (if thats even a thing) for over a month with no resolve.
