STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Bruce the owner lied time after time about a completion date on A Rico Rock Rock grotto KIT. He was paid 47% down the beginning of July and said he'd start early August, didn't begin until first week of Sept. Then when he was asked for a completion date in the 3rd week of September he said "one more week". I'm writing this Review Nov. 19th and it's about 80% finished. 4 months and he said again "it will be next week" for completion. Also his workers hid trash inside the hollow walls that were supposed to be filled with Concrete (so it didn't sound hollow) took pictures as proof as som of it was partly sealed into the concrete already??. 4 months to build a grotto that's been holding up my pool completion. He charged as much as a car costs for a Janky hollow grotto. Then when his workers left they decided to take my step ladder I let them borrow to work...they didn't even have all their own tools to boot. They never laid a tarp down in the project area that left concrete drippings and globs all over the pool shell that had to be chiseled up before pool surfacing. In all my years in and out of construction I have to say I've never met a worse Contractor.
