First off let's start with this company has poor customer service. So requested to have a repair for a leak and was given an estimate of >2K. Per the technician that would cover everything we discussed after showing the issue to the tech. They were nice and friendly gave quick response before job was done. The job that they said they completed was half done and after being inspected it did not pass inspection there was still a leak. After trying to make several attempts with calls and emails someone finally answered the phone and Amber says that she did received any emails after emailing her twice yesterday. They did come back out to check and they said that it would be an additional $1600 to fix the leak. Now mind you this is something that was apart of the previous invoice that was paid in full that was never done in the first place. After speaking with the owner he did not try to fix or apologize for anything. They never did a leak test because they would have seen that there was still a leak. The owner then also said it would be an additional $1600 and wanted to continue to go back and forth about the issue. We then called another plumbing company that we showed the invoice to as to the work that we paid for that was suppose to be done and they told us that only half of the work was done. This company the new one had great customer service and came out the same day because they treated it like an emergency and fixed the leak which was the other part of the work that needed to be done at a fraction of the price that they were trying to charge us. This company is a scam and my mom is 70 years old and its is said that a company does this to people. Please be aware and carefully when using this company they will be nice in the beginning if you have any issues they will not answer and they like to overcharge people and SCAM. Please be AWARE.
