I contracted this company to replace my roof. They completed the job on time and within budget. However their workers were so sloppy they caused a lot of damage to the outside of the house walks, stucco, pool cage among other damages. Trying to have them come back to repair the damages have been a trying and very slow process.It's been almost one year and getting their attention has been discouraging because i have been nice and patient. I am losing my patience and about ready to file a suite against them for cost snd legal fees.I am seeking BBB assistance at this stage as a last step before going to court.

This response was taken verbally by BBB:
We do acknowledge that there was some damage to the pool cage (a small hole) and the stucco. We repaired the stucco and sent the customer photos of the repair, the customer did not reply. We also provided a substantial discount for the pool cage damage and the customer's general dissatisfaction. The customer also had an A/C Technician walk on the roof and break tiles and we fixed those (normally a $300 charge) at no cost. We disagree that there was any damage to the house walks, there was previous damage to the driveway which we took pictures of. At this time, we feel the customer is trying to take advantage of our goodwill and will not be providing any further repairs or discounts.
