      A contract was signed a year ago. They have done nothing. I still have a hole in the laundry area. They do not consider this as part of the manufactured home. They did not tarp the roof. I had buckets standing where it was leaking. I called and told them I had another leak, no one came out. They told me I ha to fix the hole in the laundry before they would do the roof. I could not find the parts I needed until a different company said I had to order them. By Sept 2023, I called the salesman and told him I wanted my money back because they have done nothing. I was advised by a free lawyer to send a certified letter asking for my deposit. They took $3,500.00 for a deposit and have done nothing. Then he told me they have someone who fixes the hole. I told him he should have me that six months ago. I want my deposit back. It's my social security money. I'm on fixed income and I need to complete the job and fix my ceilings and walls where it leaked and the floors. I even called the company and told who ever answered that if I do not receive my deposit back, I would call the news and put them on TV. No response. It's like stealing from an old person. I am broke right now. Can you help me? I need the deposit back. ***** did not comply with the contract. The copy of the bill is on yellow paper and won't copy. I am not computer smart and don't know how to transfer any copies to you. I am an old lady and have a hard time learning new things, even a cell phone, I hate the cell phone. If you need any more information, I will have to get a friend to help me.

      ************************************* signed a contract with ** on 2/21/23 to have her roof completely replaced. At the time of the contract signing she was told that she would need to have some aluminum work done before we could install the roof and that at the time of her signing we were about 3-4 months out for install due to Hurricane ***. She agreed and signed the contract, when we called her for installation in June of 23, she said she was not ready for install as she was still waiting for aluminum work to be done. We again called her in September 2023 and we were told at that time she no longer wanted the new roof.  After all this time we had permitting, materials and labor involved with getting her roof on and we told her she could not get a refund since she did not cancel the roof until 7 months after originally signing the contract.

      I am rejecting this response because:They did not call me the second time.  I called the salesman, ******, and told him I wanted my deposit back because they did nothing.  They did not even come out when I called that I had another leak.  I had buckets standing all over.  I could not fix my ceilings that have mold until the roof was done.  **** said they would not do the roof until I fixed the hole in the laundry area. They never told me they had a person that repairs the hole in the laundry area.  I finally found a person to do the job but I need my deposit back to pay for it.  **** could have told me that he had a person to do the job when I signed. I was told by another person who had a problem with all weather rooofing to go on ****** and see the bad references they got.  If I knew that before I hired them, I would have not signed with them.  They only called me once and I told the lady I did not have the hole fixed she said to call when I'm ready.  But it took to long to find the parts I needed.  AND they never told me about the person they had to do it.  So, I want my deposit back.  They could have kept me more informed but I did not hear from them. Even when I called C fromurtis, they did not call me back with a response from the company.  So I'm saying they had problems and they did steal my money.  If I don't receive it, I will file in court.

      The original roof was put on 7 years ago, at a cost of $10000, in 2022 the hurricane lifted the roof and tore the roof and so they came snd looked at it and said theyd replace it, because we were paying fir a warranty. The charge was $9000. This year the green parakeets or parrots have been on our roof biting holes in it. Its really difficult to keep them away. My husband called the company and was told by the secretary that they never heard that before. End if conversation. They continued to pick at it and leave holes in it. I called the company and told them and she told me the same thing. I told her that I needed to talk to somebody in charge and she took my information, and told me that someone would call me back within a day. No Ive ever called me. I put it on ******** on the paths website and found out that ones that were having the problems, the roof was less than 2-3 years old. Any roofs that was before ours were not being bothered by them, so that tells me that the problem of them eating the roof, has to be different material than what theyre using now. They came to onehome in here and supposedly fixed theirs. A power washer man came to power wash the roof and ssid that no way could he do it or the roof would leak. He took a video and sent it to someone at AWR and he then called my husband and told him that he could fix it for $6400. We are on a fixed income and cant be doing this. If the birds are eating it, they have a problem they need to take care of. We need your help please.

      Good day, I spoke with the complainant and they have the wrong company. I never installed a roof or ever did any work for these people or at this property. I asked them to contact the BBB and remove this complaint. I also pointed the complainant to the correct company and potential resolution to contact the *** manufacturer regarding birds pecking on their roof. Thank you.

      Sorry to hear about the problems you are having. In 40 years of doing TPO roofs, we have never heard of birds eating the material. The warranty does not cover for wildlife. We suggest you have it pressure cleaned and have that person use bleach. This may deter the wildlife.. If you can email in pictures of your roof this could also be helpful. Thank you

      I am rejecting this response because:

      They never even had the courtesy to call us back and come  and see whats happening. We also had a power washer come to clean it, and he ssid he could not clean it because it would leak. He took a video and sent it to All Weather Roofing (we got his card from all weather roofing). My husband received a call from **** *** who says he could put a layer on it for $ ****.  There are roofs that have been put on by All Weather Roofing in Trailer Estates and ********** who are having the same problem.  Read the attachments that I attached which talks about warranty about workmanship and defective material.   Theyre not holding up their end of the warranty    It will not accept my photos

      We have never had this problem before, **** *** is someone we refer for pressure washing, we are not sure what he was going to do for $6400.00.? But this was not anything do to with us, We just installed your roof and would not charge you to do it again. 

      We are not sure what the problem is or how to solve at this point. 

      We have been told that the park has stopped folks from being able to put out bird feeders.?

      We reccomend getting in touch with an exterminator and see what their advice is. If they can give you advice on how to stop the birds and you are able to do it then let us know.  At this point we are not sure how to solve the issue.  Please keep us informed, you have spoken with the office and were told this same information.

      No your secretary only told us that you never had this problem before   The second time I called she said she would have you return my call with 1 day   That never happened   You totally ignored it   Do t you find it interesting  that there is more roofs in here that is being targeted by these birds, and they are all under 5 years old and all of them were put on by your company   I spoke with people in ********** and Trailer Estates and they have the same thing there  happening   I cant believe you say its because we arent putting up bird feeders.doesn't that sound a little ridiculous???  Why should we pay you to install a roof to feed the birds   I think it is up to you to find out what is new in the membrane that you are using that is causing the problem   You never sent anyone over here to check on these roofs yourself   I think youd be more interested in it as it will affect your business once it gets around   *** post some pictures of the widows roof across the street that has been there for two years   
      we will be searching fir more help with this that doesnt cost us more money!!!

      We are only trying to find a solution for you guys. We have never seen this problem before. Someone suggested putting up an OWL, that his would scare away the birds. We are sorry this is happening and we truly are trying to figure out why.

      April 2022 All Weather Roofing put on a TPO membrane for the previous owner.i bought the mobile home in October 2022.. the roof as of now only6 months old. The warranty was supposed to be transferred ( as advertised). They said not til December.Every time I called they decided to charge me for it .from $500.00 to *******. I was appalled,with changing figures. Transfer are for the house, not different people. Last time I called December 2nd ,they said there not honoring transfers. They roof has 4 water leaks due to heavy rain. after hurricane *** and *******. Plus they never fixed the soft spot, just covered over it, plus covered over a bathroom exhaust system,so it can't escape out. They have a great reputation, I'm shock, why they won't work with me on this matter. This is there fault not mine.I want my warranty transfer, my roof refixed properly as should be.Please *********************** (owner) help me, I'm 74, on fixed income, I called other companies and they won't fix it, they want me to pay for a new roof altogether. I just can't afford that.       Our cost to transfer a warranty is $25 per year. In this case it would be %00 for 20 year warranty. ALSO, our warranty clearle states that it is up the company and we reserve the right to NOT transfer and warranty. I do not know about this case but there are lots of prople who alter their roof in some way and then think we should transfer the warranty. 

      Another point is these transfes need inspected by someone qualified to look at them and see if we can transfer, At the present time becuase of the volume we are dealing with because, Hurricane *** aftermath we are not doing any warranty transfers and she was insructcted to call back later in the year when we might by more equipped to inspect and handle the transfering of the warranty.  Thanks, ********

      Approximately a month before Hurrican ********** called this company about the overlay roofing, lifting and was told by a contractor outside of All-weather Roofing that something did not look right with the way they installed overlay on the carport. All the ends were left open and not sealed shut like all the others he and I have seen done. Due to this error, I have squirrels going in and tearing up the insulation along the carport. I viewed other carports and they were sealed.

      Had All Weather Roofing install a TPO roof on our mobile home, when workers arrived we had problems from the start with where they needed to park their truck to prevent a fire hazard to rude foreman and very foul language. When workers were done they left a part of the roof not completed and said it was not on their specs to do. Foreman was talking on the phone and using the f word continuously. We called our sales person and he said he would have someone come out and complete the roof. I called the office a week ago and was told someone would call me back, still I have heard nothing. Relaying this info to the park manager for further owners who may want a recommendation not to use this company
