  We hired *************************** Roofing to replace our roof. They did so but did not completely finish the job. They left a large number of bent shingles on the roof that are very noticeable and they did not paint the vents.There has been multiple email and phone ******************* with *************************** management. They have stated multiple times that they would come out and fix the issues. It has been well over a year and they keep coming up with excuses on why they cant come out. They continue to put us off and lead us on that they will be out to finish the job when they can. It is obvious that they have no intention in finishing the job.

  TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

    WE, *************************** ROOFING, DID COMPLETE THE **** IT HAS PASSED ALL REQUIRED INSPECTIONS AND THE PERMIT HAS BEEN FINALIZED AND CLOSED.

  THE CUSTOMER ASKED US TO COME OUT AND PAINT THE ***** THAT WERE INSTALLED, THIS SERVICE WAS NOT PART OF THE CONTRACT AND WAS NOT DETAILED AS WORK TO BE DONE.  

  WE CAME OUT AND PAINTED THE ***** AS A COURTESY, HOWEVER, WE DID MISS A VENT.  WE ALSO WENT OUT AND CORRECTED SOME MANUFACTURE BLEMISHES IN THE PRODUCT. BELIEVING WE HAD DISCOVERED THEM ALL.

  WE WERE LATER CONTACTED AND WERE SCORNED FOR NOT PAINTING ALL THE ***** AND CORRECTING ALL THE BLEMISHES.  MORE ATTEMPTS WOULD HAVE BEEN MADE TO CORRECT THESE ISSUES, HOWEVER, WE WERE ACCUSED OF STEALING AND OTHER FORMS OF DEFAMATION.  THE CLIENT HAS BEEN PATIENT, AND FOR THE MOST PART COURTEOUS, BUT THOSE ACCUSATIONS ARE UNSETTLING AND FURTHER NON-CONTRACTED WORK WAS HALTED.  THE CUSTOMERS EXPECTATIONS MAY BE OUTSIDE OF THE CONFINES OF OUR ABILITY AND TO PREVENT FURTHER FRUSTRATION AND AGGRAVATION THIRD PARTY SERVICES SHOULD BE SOLICITED.  WE FULFILLED ALL THE ***** DETAILED WITHIN OUR CONTRACT AND HAVE BEEN INSPECTED AND CONFIRMED TO BE COMPLETED BY THE OFFICIALS OF OUR MUNICIPALITY.  THE **** IS NOT LEAKING AND IS IN WORKING ORDER.  ALL ISSUES DETAILED BY THE CUSTOMER ARE AESTHETIC AND DO NOT POSE ANY RISK OF FAILURE OR COMPROMISE TO THE **** WORK COMPLETED.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  The job is not complete, there are over 15 damaged or blemished shingles that need to be fixed or replaced.  I have a number of emails confirming that they would come out and fix these issues and I have emails stating they dont have time now but they will when they can, and now after 1 1/2 years of putting the repairs off, they are now refusing to come out and finish the job properly as they said they would. 

  They have not been defamed, they have been kindly asked for two years to finish the job they said they would do. If repairs are not completed soon, I may choose to pursue legal action and I will submit reviews online stating the facts about this company and their lack of honesty, professionalism and customer service.

  Ive never seen a company with such lack of customer service or respect for their clients and the quality of their work.

  I wanted to inform you that *************************** Roofing reached out and came out to the house and fixed all the damaged shingles, they also painted the vents. 

   

  I am now satisfied with this outcome.
