I gave them a deposit of $250.00 and when they came to do the work the quote jumped $200.00. when questioned they said that I was having three things done in my home and it was 3 charges. I told them I was not paying three service calls since they were only there one time. He said that is the way we do business. So he left and I called the office and they said they would refund my deposit. That was June 2nd. After many phone calls and lies from their employee the check finally arrived on July 19th. They deducted $80.00 for a service call and when I cashed the check, two days later it bounced. Paid on a frozen account and the signature was forged. The owner bought the business from his mother and she was writing checks on his account to pay her bills. He was not nice to deal with and he would not tell me where his mother lived so I could get in touch with her to get my money back. I would like to get my deposit back and move on. This is a company I would never recommend to anyone. Not honest, nice people to work with. The old owner is ***************************** and apparently she cashed my check.

On 8/24/22, I had requested a service call for my dishwasher because it was leaking water when washing dishes. A technician arrived (late) from Affordable Appliance Repair and attempted to correct the problem by cleaning the float. He said "The dishwasher was working" and proceeded to charge $129.00 to the Discover card for the service. After the service call, when the dishwasher was used again, it was still leaking. I called the company and informed them I would like a different tech. to repair my dishwasher. On 8/30/22, the same tech. arrived (two hours late) and when he turned on the unit it was full of soap foam. The technician said "I was using the incorrect soap" and kept running the machine. I have used the same dishing soap on this unit for years. I showed him the Box and he said he never saw anything like it. He then cleaned the washer with vinegar and left. The next time I used the washer, it still leaked and I called and left a message which was not returned by the service manager. The next day I called, to speak to the service manager, and was told they do not have a service manager but "Your speaking with the owner." I informed of my problems and then requested to send a different technician who had more experience. The owner's exact reply was "You're F*****ING Mean" I'll call you later." and disconnected the call.

On 3/4/22, a technician, Tom, came to my home because the oven on my range was not heating properly. He diagnosed the problem and said the bake and roast assembly had to be replaced. He indicated the cost would be $673.03 and that he would require a $300.00 deposit which I paid him with a visa card. He said he would order the parts. A couple of weeks passed and I heard nothing. I called the owner, Laurie, she indicated that the parts were never ordered. On 3/16/22 her son, Doyle, came to my home to determine what the problem was and I was told that the diagnosis that Tom had made was incorrect and that my deposit of $300.00 would be refunded. My stove still is not repaired nor have I been reimbursed for my deposit. I have called several times, left messages and have heard nothing to date. Can you help. I am most interested in getting my deposit back.
