            I had a spa appointment but needed to cancel due to a family emergency. Unfortunately it was 2 hours before my appointment. The business charged my credit card without my consent for 90.00. I've tried to work it out with them but with no success. They stated to me over thr phone that they have a policy. I cant help emergencies popping up. That's why the call it an emergency. I want my money back. I did not give them authority to charge my card. They should have called me first to work out the issue. Im very reasonable. I was also told that even if you are exposed to COVID it doesn't matter. This really concerns me. She also stated that Florida doesn't count as part of the government? What? I'm now worried other folks are being taken advantaged of.
