      I purchased Adidas shoes as a Christmas present online and they ended up not true to size and needed to be returned, no fault of Champs for sure. I processed the return online only to find they were charging me $6.99 for shipping back to them, even though the problem was the product, not ours. I decided to take the shoes to the store as an option to return and when I went into the store, I left my phone in my car. I explained the situation to the clerk who tried to process the return in the store and stated that because it was already processed as a mail RMA he could no longer process the return in store, that I needed to cancel the return and start the process over. I went back to my car to cancel the return and called customer service for help. After a lengthy conversation she said to have the manager speak with her and she would take care of it for me. I went back into the store and customer service asked the manager why he wouldn't take the return. He responded it was already a mail RMA and needed to be cancelled which he couldn't do. Exactly what I conveyed to the customer service in my car. She then said neither could she, that I must incur the $6.99 shipping fee after all. When I returned home and called customer service back, they said both individuals were wrong, that I could take it to any Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker or Champs to return and they could have processed the entire cancellation and return. Keep in mind, Champs sells nothing proprietary, so I can buy their very same products from a multitude of retail brick and mortar or online stores including Amazon and Walmart, both of whom allow for simple changes to returns realtime by a simple return cancellation and reprocessing. Coming to this site I see the BBB "F" and the "1" rating for customer satisfaction, not surprised. When I asked the manager why should I buy from Champs, his response, "I really don't care if you buy from Champs, I just work here." That clearly summed up my entire experience.

      I placed an order with Champs online. Realized that I purchased wrong item. I called too cancel order within 30 minutes and they told me that I could not cancel or change the order, I had to receive the order and waste my time and return the order myself. They would not waive the 2 day shipping I paid for an order that I don't want.

      They canceled an order I placed. When I emailed them, they said told me to call the customer service number which went to a voicemail. When I called again they just answered without talking. Trash customer service.

      i don't know how do they run a big company if they have such trash customer service!! i was already skeptical of doing business with this company but had to regret it. i order two pair of shoes and no sign of shipping email or whatsoever, when i call them to check the status of the delivery, the tell me its been delivered already and were left in the lobby of the building somewhere instead of my apartment. and according to them since i didn't receive my product they will have to do an investigation and might take two weeks!!! instead of reshipping or refund they wanted to waste more time, which i agreed and let them do it but even after ten days i didn't hear anything from anyone and when i call back nobody has any idea of what's going on!!!! and i keep getting transferred to different departments asking to leave them a message instead of getting a call back or an email!!!! and still waiting.

      I have 2 pair of shoes that I ordered that never made it to my address but said delivered none of my neighbors seen it I would like a refund I paid $158.98 an 8 day investigation has been started April 19th 2022 it's been past 8 days I haven't gotten any emails or about next steps is there any one from Champs Corporate that can help me get my refund my name ******** ***** all I want is a refund it's been 10 days now or lawyers will get involved and we can take it to the courts especially if I don't get my money back of $158.98

      Scam company, terrible experience! I have order Fila shoes online from this company for total of $78 and they did not fit well. So I have returned back. Checking my bank statement I saw refund of just $62 . Contacting costumer service was a nightmare, I should have read reviews and do research about this company before purchasing. Well, where did $18 goes? They respond was $6.99 was dedicated from return label and there is restocking fee... It is very disappointing how this company running poorly managed business They returned policy is not explained very well I wonder how long the company will stay in business? My recommendation, DO NOT order from Champs Sport!

      I just ordered from champs on 4/20 at around 2 am I seen my auto fill inputted my old address as I have just moved 40 minutes away I thought ahh no big deal I sent a email to customer support about it a few minutes after I placed the order I called the next morning since my email was never responded to I called around 9. 7 hours after I ordered my shoes they tell me oh we only have a 45 minute window to cancel your order at this point there's not much we can go we can't change the address like what do you mean you can't it my package and I can't change my own address with the money I just paid you for the shoes I then contact FedEx well wouldn't you know they can't change it either champs has the authority to change it through there FedEx account but chooses not to so now I'm in a bind because champs doesn't wanna help me change my address the order is two days out bro and I can't cancel or change my address I can't even hold it because my address is different now on my ID I'll never ordered from here again worst experience I've had wouldn't even let me cancel it on my end after I had made my purchase

      I ordered 7 pair of shoes total and recoverd 6. I'm currently waiting to hear back about my missing pair. Upon reading the reviews I don't feel hopeful at all 😔. I'll update when there is an adapter on my shoes.

      I bought my daughter an $150.00 gift card to buy shoes for Christmas. She ordered and received a pickup date. She went to the store on the pickup date and was told to come back the following day. First of all, to brush someone off and tell them to come back tomorrow is a slap in the face because what if the person drove miles to this particular store? Fast forward, the status is now showing that the package has been delivered to the store. (It had actually been delivered to the store when my daughter went to pick it up the first time, "according to the email"). My daughter continues to get the runaround. The store employees proceed to tell different stories about them not being able to get into the mailbox without a manager, so my daughter just has to keep waiting until they're not "busy" to get to it. By this time, I've stepped in because my daughter has no Christmas shoes and is getting discouraged. Customer service is terrible because they only have foreigners who barely know how to handle customers, transferring calls every 5 minutes only to come back with NOTHING, and making the situation worse by the second. The store employees as well as the customer service reps are only about a DOLLAR and could care less about the customers as long as they go to sleep with a check every night. If they, weren't they wouldn't be so nonchalant about the issues that "THEY" clearly are responsible for. Their actions only fall from the head which tells me exactly what the head of the franchise is about. This was not a package that was sent to my home, this package was a store delivery and to tell my daughter, that the package is not there and that they have to open an 8 day investigation while she waits, not understanding why she didn't receive her gift is UNFAIR , unprofessional and unacceptable. This is my first and LAST time giving a penny of my hard earned money to this "franchise". Not a red cent. I don't want a gift card, store credit. NOTHING. I want a refund and to leave Champs where I found them. I'm disgusted and I want everyone to know what a sellout they are. Again they won't care as long as their families are happy at the end of the day.
