I purchased a vehicle site unseen and with warranty and a guarantee that car was 100%. After the car was delivered I immediately realized something was wrong. The cars transmission was acting up when I asked about it from employee of Srq he said it was normal. Since he was a mechanic I believed that. It progressively got worse and no response from dealership and warranty they showed me was not the one they actually gave me. Nothing was covered! So I parked the car until I could get it fixed. $ 4000 later it had a bad transmission from day one. They refused to send any paperwork after they took all of everything we signed and were supposed to receive copys. They covered thier tracks well. Please help me right this wrongBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/26) */ Mrs. ****** bought a 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT8 392 Performance Vehicle on 02/04/2020. Mrs. ****** and her son test drove the vehicle prior to purchase. They didn't have any complaints at that time and if they did they certainly would not have gone forward with their purchase. The vehicle had no issues at that time. Mrs. ****** bought the vehicle AS IS and signed the appropriate addendum. Every customer is given copies of all their paperwork at the time of purchase. These types of vehicle need the proper maintenance during ownership. After two years of ownership it is difficult to read this complaint.
