These folks are literally holding on to my windows and refusing to give me a date of install. As ridiculous as it sounds I am not exaggerating when I tell you that this has been an ongoing process for nearly 2 years.This company has my windows in hand and just will not give me an installation date.To add to the fire, the receptionist or whomever she is that picks up the phones is extremely rude and unprofessional. If you dont want to be caring for customers, then get out of the customer care business.Business response

We are not holding onto your glass. I told you that I would have to get with **** about a installation date and you are not happy with that. We have not been dealing with you on this issue for 2 years. We were doing them a favor to help get this taken care of. You have text me at night when I have told you to contact the shop and not my cell phone, which you still did. I do care for our customers. if you felt that I was being rude that wasn't what I was trying to do. You had another company install the windows which had nothing to do with our company. That company is the one that you need to blame. I talked to you about someone picking them up and they will be able to met you tommorrow morning so you are able to get the installation done.Customer response

Good afternoon
As of Tuesday the windows were picked up by another person to have them install. He wasn't happy that we were unable to install in the time frame that he gave to us. We were trying to give you a date and you were not happy with that. The winow and glass were given to another installer now and is no longer in our possession.

*************************I had to pay someone to go and get the windows from you guys. To add to the mess, you guys mismeasured and now, one of the windows is just sitting underneath my home. I cannot use that window because its too large. I would like to be reimbursed for the amount of money that I paid the other company to go retrieve the windows from you guys. I had to pay them $350 For this, so I would appreciate a refund for this amount.

I ordered a storm door to be installed. That's all. In good faith I paid for a used door and installation in the amount of $200. I never ordered or authorized any addtional work. On the day they installed the door, this company came to my home with supplies to do a job on my utility shed. I tried to refuse the job, but he ordered his worker to get up on my shed and install the supplies. I told him over and over I did not want that job, but he told me that it was too late to return these supplies and imposed this job upon us. After the job was done, he told me the price of the job would be $1600. He never asked for a deposit, he just came over and did unauthorized work and put a $1600 price tag on it. My shed was fine. It didn't need anything to be done to it..Business response
