I called Alien Air for routine maintenance but then found out my unit was not functioning properly. They did troubleshooting and said it was a part in the motor. I asked how much to fix it. They said they would give me a quote by email. I paid for the maintenance service that they did that day and waited for the quote. I received the quote days later and I agreed on the price. They came out to fix it and I paid the invoice right away. Approximately a week later they call me and say the motor wasnt covered by the warranty and now you have to pay the rest. I said what are you talking about? Youre just an AC company that I called to fix the problem youre not the original installers. I never was told that you were trying to send anything to the warranty company. Ive already paid the original invoice and now youre trying to get more money. This is giving scam behavior. Now they are trying to get me to take it up with the warranty company? And pay them extra. This is not right. And I want them to cancel this erroneous invoice.Customer response
