We have mold in our apartment and they don't seem to want to fix it. We've had issues with leaking and flooding for 2 years now and they haven't fixed the issue. I have 3 kids under the age of 10 with allergies. We can not afford to sick.Initial Complaint

These apartments have u sign *********** paperwork before u see the apartment unit and get your keys. *** tried calling the property management several times today and she said she was going to call me be but never reached out to me. I want my full refund on these ***** infested apartments. My 1st time seeing the apartment had a busted window in the bedroom, 2 broken ceiling fans & broken light. Dirty and molded dish washer, apartment was dirty with a bunch of roaches and bugs. Water damage under sinks, dirty floors and medicine cabinets, missing a closet door. I bombed the apartment with 8 ***** foggers came back the next day half the roaches were dead and there were plenty more crawling on walls and falling from ceiling. Holes in the walls. How can they just rent out dirty apartments without pest control. I feel like Ive been apartment scammed. They have u sign everything before receiving your keys and viewing apartment. In October of 2022 my lease was broken with Woodberry woods due to me and my children being in danger the property manager at the time told me break my lease due to the situation which I awared them on multiple occasions about me and my children being In danger . Ive reached out to woodberry multiple times on via written communication and email as well and the company hasnt responded but sent my information to a credit agency and the agency isnt accepting my payment or doesnt want to remove it woodberry needs to pull the file back I will pay them and they need to remove this from my credit and broad or woodberry needs to reach outInitial Complaint

I have been complaining about my ac not working properly for more than 3 times and the issue has not been resolved it is 88degrees in my apartment and is running 24/7 making my electric bill outrageously high for me to pay. I have a 5 year old and a 3 year old. My 5 year old has sever asthma which this makes it worst. Also I have an infestation of roaches that I been dealing with since day one. I am tired of being nice and getting nothing resolved as far as my ac. I pay my rent on time I should be getting this fix please and thank you.Business response

Consumer Response /* (3000, 16, 2022/08/24) */ thanks for the help they have contacted me about the situation and maintence team has came down to try to fix my ac so far is working but still in the lost for a new ac unit. Thank you
