Skin Deep Beauty offered a buy 3 get 2 free wax deal. I pre-paid in full for a total of 5 services on 11/22/22. First service was scheduled for 12/23/22. Owner *************************** texted me to cancel as she was in the hospital with COVID. She never reached out to reschedule. Finally scheduled an appointment on 1/23/23. Next appointment was 2/23/23 at 1:00pm. I had a conflict and rescheduled to 10:00 am on 2/23/23 appointment was accepted via Vagaro Booking system and email confirmation. When I arrived, she was not there. I waited 30 min called no answer no responses. I have since called, text and emailed asking for a refund since she is not responding to schedule the services. I stopped by on 3/24/23 and there was no answer at the door. Only received 1 of the 5 services. Would like a refund for the balance. Poor communication has been a pattern with this business.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I received a message today regarding the above complaint.
I was advised the company Skin Deep Beauty Studio, LLC was no longer in business. I have appointment confirmations on the Vagaro booking system confirming the company was in business as well as I went to the place of business at *********************************************** for my appointments. I see on the ** Sunbiz that the name of the company was dissolved in 2018 so it appears she should not have been using this name.
I also observed as of March 6, 2023 she has the business name and active as Skin Deep Beauty Studio Academy and Spa, LLC at the current ************************************************ location.
Avoiding people is the problem with this ***************************. I see you all facilitated another issue with her in October 31, 2020 with the same business practice.
