On 12/20/22 I arrived at SCHC **** at 7am prior to opening of the doors. I was first client in lot before most of the staff. At 7:30am the doors were opened where I became 3rd in line. I filled out new patient paperwork with in ***** minutes and prepaid for the appointment as requested. I had a list of concerns and was told to only write one which absolutely would not cover the reason for my visit, I wrote post nasal drip. After an hour and a half of waiting and watching many clients go in and back and leave while I was left waiting. I stated my complaints and got adverse retaliation because of it. Staff blatantly said walk-ins are low priority and its not first come first serve as it should be. After complaining I was greeted with a phone call saying I needed to step out of the building because Covid 19 and I show symptoms however the only issue I had noted was post nasal drip and is not enough to justify their statement. I refused. I said I will file a complaint thru the state and was greeted by the administration, ****. I was asked if I wanted to be seen or get a refund in a rude manner. She proceeded to attempt to justify their mediocre service. I said if this is how you operate I am going to file a complaint. At this time it was clear they did not want to take care of my needs or my health. I was then asked to leave and that theyd issue a refund. However the purpose of my visit was not fulfilled and ALL my health issues are unknown. I couldnt even get them to schedule a physical because they wont do one on initial visit that way you have to spend double. They care about money not the patients and they operate in an unprofessional manner. The damages cannot be equated because the real damages werent even looked into due to negligence of this facility.
