      I just picked up my black lab from 10 days here. I will NEVER take my dog here again and I would advise others to search elsewhere for care. The Suites show a dog bed in them. We paid a lot of money for a "Suite" plus the extra day care play time. After viewing the camera, we noticed a cot, not the bed shown on the website. (Even if he knew what the cot was for, he wouldn't have fit on it.) We called and they gave ** some excuse about beds being too hot. We overnighted a bed from vacation so he wouldn't have another night on a concrete floor. The last night, his new bed disappeared from his room, and he was in there for another 24 hours with NO BED, sleeping on the concrete floor. They didn't inform ** that they are stuck in the room all day on Sundays because no one is there. No playtime, stuck on the floor. You also cannot pick up on Sundays which we were not informed of. From what we saw on the camera, they don't go out again at night. Early evening is their last potty break. You get the camera access with the suite package but it only shows the room when your dog isn't having fun. You can't watch him *************. When we picked him up, his eye was oozing and red. He has had an untreated eye infection for who knows how long. He didn't have it when we left him. We paid $800 for subpar care. I thought I'd get at least standard care but he was neglected here.

      The owner is rude and hateful. She was even more rude after I stated that my wife was just there with email proof of our reservation and she turned her away. My front desk would have never made an appointment for you. And what is wrong with YOU WOMEN. Doesnt own up to her mistakes and doesnt seem apologetic for anything. She has a really bad mouth and doesnt care to fix issues. All she does is threaten that youre harassing them, when in actuality, she is the aggressor. Do not come here!

      This review from BBB and ****** is now in the hands of our attorney.  This is the biggest display of slander and out right lies.  I will post what this customer has written and our response.  We have documented proof by video and phone that this did not happen. and this customer is falsely going after this business for her own personal vendetta.

       

      Customer ****** Review:

      Terrible, terrible, terrible. Do not give the owner your business. She is rude, uncaring and down right mean. Her employees follow right along with her bad customer service.

      As soon as she realized we were part of the ***** community she started using the phrase you women and denied our business. Even though we made arrangements weeks in advance and met all their ridiculous requirements. Even sending pictures in advance of our babies and having them approved.

      We have all the email traffic to prove they are liars and all the bad reviews speak for themselves.

      It is so terribly unfortunate that when someone cant bully you into doing something their way that they resort to slander. This customer stating that when I learned she was part of the ***** that I decided not to do business with her is an absolute LIE. She apparently doesnt know what big supporters we are of the ***** community. Also, how would I even know this from our phone conversation? It isnt like anyone announces this during a business call. She is trying to head in a direction that is dangerous territory and will not be stood for. This is slander and we will Not let this rest. We have video to prove all of this.

      This customer was extremely unhappy because we did not have a reservation for her , because we never got her current shot records. And that is in the email chain. We get that it is frustrating, but to resort to this absolute lie to try and take us down is shameful. This isnt something you even joke about.

      We serve everyone in the community equally. I also have employed many people from the ***** community. You cannot make statements like that and try to ruin someones reputation with an absolute lie. This is deplorable, and we will be contacting our attorney and sending all the video.

      You would be wise to avoid Brandon Puppy Palace. We had a horrible interaction with staff refusing to even book a grooming appointment because they didn't have physical proof in their hands that our dog had received the vaccinations we told them he had received and would be happy to furnish proof of at ************ appointment. This is how things have operated with them and us for 3 years with no issues. We have always brought proof of vaccinations with us to our appointments, we have never once had to cancel an appointment due to missing vaccinations. Our dog has allergies and goes to the vet monthly for anti-itch medication, they will not provide his allergy shot unless he is up to date on everything else or we agree to allow them to give him the shots at that time. He is always up to date on vaccines and they know that.We told the extremely rude person on the phone that we would not be returning. That should have been the end of it, but it wasn't. After we posted an honest but negative review on ****** the owner decided to call us and scream some jibberish about being banned. She then went onto that review and posted a very slanderous reply flalsely accusing us of "aggression" and "threats" and that she was going to waste the Sheriff's time by repeating her lies to them should we ever call there again. Interestingly, many of her responses to other bad reviews also claim those people were "aggressive" and "threatening" and that she was going to call the police on them. I guess that is how she gets other people to go away, she thinks she can slander people and then threaten the police and they will walk away with their tail between their legs.This used to be a good place but this is either a new owner or she has become more hands on recently, because in the last year or two this has become a place to avoid at all costs. It will probably cost less to go elsewhere anyway, there is nothing that justifies the inflated prices or the unnecessarily angry owner.

      This review is completely unjust and untrue.  The customer ******************************* called to book a grooming appointment, and was told he needed to provide us with his dog's  updated shot records.  His shots showed expired in our computer.  He went on to scream and curse at my staff, and told them this was too many hoops to jump through and would not do it.  He frightened the staff at the front desk with his screaming and threats. From day one, just like every other dog kennel out there, vaccinations are required.  It is for the safety all off the pets in the facility.  We require all records up front, and this is nothing new.  This didn't sit well with ************************ and he went on a tear.  He said we should be aware his dog is up to date at all times.  No, we don't know your dog's monthly appointments with the vet and that they keep him up to date.  We have over **** customers and do not know what happens with them outside this facility..  This is why we need the vet record.  All ****** require all records before we book, because too many people show up with expired vaccinations, and then the groomer loses money for the day.  This is her career, and her losing money due to customers not following through is very upsetting.  This is why we require proof of vaccinations up front.  None of our other customers have a problem providing this information.  They understand that the groomer could lose out if the pet is not verified beforehand.  Not only have we always required this, it is the law to provide us with vaccinations to bring your pet to a kennel facility.  ************************ wanted to us to let it slide, and when we refused, he spoke so inappropriately to my staff that I made the decision that his business was not worth it to me anymore.  I care about my staff and customers and would no longer let them be abused in that way.

      When I called to let him know we no longer would be accepting his business, his husband *********************, screamed and threatened me as well.  At that point I just decided to hand up.  He continued to call back and harass us 9 more times.  We have it all documented.  He wouldn't stop threatening this business.  All because they felt inconvenienced to provide their dogs current shot records.  I can't understand the anger behind all of this.  They did leave a ****** review and started it out laughing about our rating on BBB. They have a mean spirit right away in their review.. I suppose because they couldn't push us around. I can only assume they went on the offensive and are trying to deflect from the truth with their statement.  But this business stands behind the safety of its staff.  These customers just took this to a new level that won't be tolerated. Their intense anger over proving current shot records doesn't make any sense or warrant this type of behavior. You say its wise to avoid us?  For what, protecting all the dogs from getting sick?

      Horrible customer service, rude and inflexible staff, and an owner with an even worse attitude make this a place to stay away from.
