      My eyelashes tech was an sweet young lady. However the service that was render wasn't to my liking. The services was misleading and No set expectations was provided. Misleading practices was provided for certain as well as I was under the impression my eyelashes were 89.99 (First time) member. My eyelashes tech and the front desk receptionist we're there when i shown them what I wanted. Not for once did they mention hybrid was additional $90 up charge fee(deceptive practices) What behoove me was, when I first mention I wanted classic eyelashes they both agreed that I get hybrid. Mine you now this is my first time here!!!! My lashing were done June 29th it's now July 5th. I tried contacting them july 4th however the location was closed due to the holiday. Today I've contacted the receptionist asking thy I get my eyelashes removed. A chunk of my eyelashes continue to fall out. The eyelashes tech informed me a couple of eyelashes may fall out 5-10 but not a Chuck of my eyelashes when I explained to the receptionist she advised me that I have to pay $40 for removal and that I'll have to go to another location because their location is booked and also that I'll have to contact the secondary locations my self. Again why is a Chuck of eyes lashes falling out. When I spent 155.99 + additional $40 for removal. Horrible experience, I'll never ever come back to this location's nor do business with this company ever again. All business shall stay compliance at all time. However this company is not complying!!

Due to the fact the studio was booked for the requested removal, we suggested you could try another Amazing Lash location convenient to you, or book when we had availability to do so. Gratitude for the reaction. In any case, you all are maintaining an out-of-line misleading business. Your surveys represent themselves. I've reached Florida Attorney General's Office also. Again, the referenced value was 89.99 on the telephone when my arrangement was reserved. Nobody clarified for me any upcharge. Assuming that was the case I would've booked a meeting with a prominent eyelash studio. Again I burned through 159.99 for lashes that didn't remain on for 4 days. At the point when I requested my eyelashes to be eliminated the young woman said I will be charged $40 dollars and then, at that point, continued to advise me to book with an alternate area. I reached the other area and cleared up for the woman what had happened the agent from the other area said the originator should eliminate my eyelashes. I burned through 159.99 for numerous eyelashes to drop out. Also, clusters were added to my eyelashes, not individuals. If it's not too much trouble, give confirmation that costs were given to me. Your site publicizes *Get your first full set of Lash extensions for $79.9* no place does it notice any upcharge administrations. I in all actuality do have screen captures. Pricing was provided prior to service, however the customer requested a full set of lashes for $79.99 with free volume upgrades. So you guys are stating their were defective ? So you guys knew you messed up prior to me making an complaint? Also you mention clear as day I received a full set of lashes for 79.99 with free volume upgrades. However, you guys still charged me 159.99 and you also mention in your prior text the upgrade up charged was mention to me. Now your saying the upgrade was free. Please make it make make sense!! So based on your response you guys are aware I was overcharged and the service that was rendered was unsatisfied before I made the complaint. Thanks for your response. Now that you admitted to overcharging me. You guys can refund me the difference.
