      I tried to place an order on March 6, 2024. Received a message from ***** fraud that they had cancelled the order. If I had indeed tried to place an order, I would have to contact the company and replace the order. I informed them that I had placed the order, but asked them to cancel any further orders.There was no receipt or billing in the shipping bag when it arrived. Today March 26, 2024 I received another package with another 5 bottles of this stuff. I want my money back, and no more of their useless products.

      Product received was NOT as advertised. Ordered on 2/8/24. ***** twice denied transaction due to FRAUD. I did not reorder it after the first time but BIOLYFE sent it anyway and charge my credit card. Confirmation email stated they would send and follow up email once product shipped. This never happened. There was NO shipping invoice in the package. Don't trust the company or the product.

If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.

      As a one time courtesy, we went ahead and issued a full refund for the last order without the need to return the products. Please allow **** business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.
