            This company is newly licensed in *****. They took a 50% deposit for $600 to provide a basin drain, pvc extension of 80 to 100 ft approx. and grounds cleanup of the landscaping. They arrived with an underage worker (15 yr worker), another adult and dug around an existing basin then abandoned the job. They said they could not move forward due to potential electrical lines. We proceeded to get the land marked via 811 dig. They continued to refuse to come back and complete the work. We requested a full refund of our money. They then presented a fake invoice with products and time over the deposit amount for what was a fixed price agreement. The products were left at the property and we can not use them. Asked him to provide the receipt or to return them. Overall scam. He is known on BBB ************ as DJ a landscaping with an F rating for similar consumer fraud and predatory practices on the elderly. We are seniors and veterans and would ask for your help in resolving the issue on our behalf. Owner contact is ****** and *****************************, **********. He uses the name *****, a fake name, on cash app and when introducing himself.

            I too, like another reviewer on another rate and review service was lied to about the vendor's REAL name. He told me it was *****. It is *****************************. DO NOT HIRE THIS man or company. He claimed to be a vetted ANJI vendor. The work was terrible. Wavy surface with crumbling edge of pavers installed along side of house . Completely unsatisfactory and worse than an amateur. Lied consistently re: the newness of his equipment, that he'd be back in September to finish the job. Stopped communicating. I'm out $6,400.00 to this person. Original contract for $6,800. I will not throw good money after a lot of bad without his commitment to complete the job to a professional level. He wants the last $400 for work, yet to done, that he sent me an invoice for $0.00, the brick flower bed. It's a no brainer, NEVER HIRE "*****" aka *****************************. If I could attach photos of his "work" I would.

            *** we have done the job for you 2 months ago in July at the end of project you didn’t want to pay the balance 2 months later after hurricanes and other things have happen you claim we did a bad job. This is a example of customer trying to get a free hand out.  Please we would love to post pictures and also videos  the fact is you still didn’t pay your bill yet 2 months later wanna complain.  *** have a great day let us know when you would like to pay your bill
