      Purchase Date - 02/26/2022 Dealership - Ed Morse Cadillac Brandon Salesman - Cory Finance person - Steve Concern: I made a purchase at this dealership on 02/26/2022. Bottom line is - I requested finance to use Suncoast Credit Union because that is where all my financial stuff is. They said ok. Then they came back and said Suncoast would not finance the loan UNLESS I put my husband on the loan due to debit ration stuff. I have financed many vehicles thru Suncoast ALWAYS on my own. But I believed them because I had some loans put on my credit due to divorce 5 years prior. But anyway, they showed me my score of 822 and was truly amazed that they said that. But ok, they put me with another bank. Well come to find out, I was working with my bank Suncoast Credit Union yesterday and found that they did indeed approve my financing instantly WITHOUT my husband and at a CHEAPER interest rate. The bank they placed me with by 1.39% more expensive. Cory (sales) and Steve (finance) flat out lied to me straight to my face. I am extremely disappointed in this behavior from a higher-class dealership. I normally know better but for some unknown reason I trusted everyone at this dealership. This is a very POOR way to conduct business and I will not do business with this dealership again in the future nor recommend to anyone else. I am in the process of refinancing with my original request Suncoast Credit Union at the cheaper interest rate as well as canceling my GAP that I bought thru Ed Morse at $869 and purchasing GAP with Suncoast at $425. Imagine that another high dollar issue. I am hoping the refi goes thru BEFORE Finance gets paid for pushing me to the other bank. AGAIN, I will NOT due business with this dealership in the future nor recommend to anyone.

      We have tried numerous times to contact the customer so that we could help resolve her issues, but she has not returned any of our calls. She continues to update her posts to social media saying that she has not heard from us, but we have left several messages and are waiting for her to call us back. If she does not, we will not have an opportunity to help her.

      First I only got one call from Jason. Before he called I called finance manager and left VM inquiring about canceling GAP. No response and that was Wednesday 3/30/2022. I returned Jason call on cell phone Thursday 3/31/2022 and left VM. No response. Called again today on office phone today at noon. Left VM. As of 4 no response. Lies lies lies.

      They are awful. My 2015 Escalade has been here at least 7 times over the past 5 months. Same problem. They take it in for a week to repair it even with a preset appointment. They have had my car more weeks in the past 5 months than I have. The senior management is no good. I'm ready to trade vehicles, one thing I know, it will not be another Cadillac. I just read a review here. It said GM were awful too. I completely agree.

      Edward G. just recently became the general manager of Ed Morse Cadillac Brandon. After reading the review left by this customer, he telephoned Mr. ****** and they agreed to meet next week with the hopes of resolving any outstanding issues.
