I ordered a 5 pack of the Max Keto gummies on 3/17 and never received any product. I've spent over $250 and have called 4 times, each time the person promises that they sent out a new shipment but nothing ever arrives. They refuse to refund me.Business response

I have tried to cancel this order multiple times by calling their 866 number and just get music and repeating "all customer service personnel are busy"! Nobody ever answers the call and this company keeps sending two bottles of their keto products every month and keeps charging my credit card. The bottles are piling up and they are deceptive in their advertising that this product works. I am not looking for a refund. I just want this order canceled and stop shipping me from bottles from a ShipQuick address. This company is ripping people by ignoring their calls and requests for cancellation. I left a message on their company phone message line and gave them the information they requested with my last name and zip code. I requested a cancellation and told them I was filing a complaint with the BBB.Business response

We have an abundance of customers who understand the terms of our trial upon enrolling and see great benefits from using our products. We do not offer sample sizes or free gifts, we send you a full 30 day supply and allow you to try our products free for 14 days at only the cost of shipping and handling. If you do not cancel within trial, upon expiration you are billed the retail price of the products as well as enrolled in an automated shipping program that is designed to save you from the inconvenience of having to manually place the order every 30 days. The terms are listed on our website, and it has to be agreed to by checking off the terms box to be able to place an order. Unfortunately in some cases our customers do not read over the terms prior to agreeing to them. We do list our phone number and email address in our emails, product labels, and packing slips for customers to be able to contact us if they are not sure of the terms or have any questions about the products. Your trial started when you placed the order last 10/02/19 and ended on 10/19/19 in which we didn't receive any call from you thus your account has remained active and charged you for another month's supply of the products. We have cancelled your account on 1/21/2022 and as a ONE TIME courtesy, we have refunded you back $538.98 today without the need to return any of our products. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account. Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further charges.Initial Complaint

ordered 1 bottle of there product for $49.99 and received product we did not order and were charged $250.00. we canceled the order and sent it back to them and only received $220.00, so we ended up losing money on somthing we did not even order. i would like the full refund of $ 250.00 and an apology for the headaches. of dealing with companies that take advantage of there patrons like this.Business response
