            On Oct 14, of 2023, I made a purchase from this company. Immediately after I received my order, I contacted the company and spoke to ***** regarding the seedlings which didnt look well. She told me to go ahead and plant them and see what happens. Immediately, one overnight failed and now both have, even though I did everything she told me to do, which was just a run around and waste of time. Since then, I have then contacted every week, sometimes more, always getting empty promises. I did everything she told me to do and sent pictures on several occasions. I know your email reaches my inbox because I have the order and advertisement emails, but just in case, I am sending from another email. The last I spoke with *****, she said to try her personal Gmail, which I did with my gmail. She confirmed she received it and again promised to take care of the issue. Again, no response, so I called and got another empty promise. Please refund my order at this point. I have been accommodating, and very patient, but we are beyond the ridiculous point now.
