The High Low Plumbing cam out to our facility on the 16th of October to camera our pipes and snake the lines and $550 was paid for that day. They assessed the issue and recommended hydro jetting the pipes and scheduled to hydro jet our pipes for the 18th of October and paid $1280.00. We continued to have the same issue and they came out and hydro jetted the pipes from the toilets to the drain because only pipe they hydro jetted the first time was from kitchen to the drain. I also texted Dennis the owner about not receiving the video and pictures of the pipes but he did not respond. We still had issues and I called I called a third party to come out and video it again and he found the blockage under the urinals. I called the office to speak with the manager about scheduling someone to come out to finish the job Christin's response was she was not going to. I will hopefully receive the pics today.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/21) */ Contact Name and Title: ****** P., Owner Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: ***************@gmail.com We were hired by ******* ***** on Saturday, October 16th to clear a blockage. During this initial visit we recommended a hydrojet to clear the main trunk line. Additionally, we informed the facility that they need to install a grease trap for their restaurant facility and upgrade their toilets to commercial grade to prevent further issues. The lack of grease trap is against code and the lines immediately fill with grease from their kitchen facility. We provided a hydrojet service to the main trunk line. Following this service, they experienced a back up, when camera'd we noticed that grease was in the line again. We returned to site on Nov 2nd to do a second, FREE, hydrojet of the main line. We showed Larry, manager, the camera footage and had him sign off that the line was cleared. We have fulfilled our duty and beyond. The ultimate issue is that the facility does not have plumbing fixtures to code and the problem will continue to occur until they upgrade the plumbing. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/12/04) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) A different local company came out and snacked the pipes under the urinal and we have not had a backup since. They are also going to replace the piping and offered to snack it for free if it backs up before the scheduled pipe replacement. What High and Low has suggested did not work and what they are suggesting for a solution will not solve the issue at all. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/12/06) */ We were hired to hydrojet your trunk line. Your trunk line is clear because you are no longer having issues with that area. The urinal and line being replaced is a branch line and we were not hired to address that piping. Additionally, installation of a grease trap and appropriate toilets will most definitely keep your business to code. Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2021/12/08) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Weather or not it was done is not the issue. It was misdiagnosed from the beginning. We were still having issues after the hydrojet was complete. The new plumbers solved the issue with just snaking the pipes under the urinals. They even offered to snake it for free if the problem arises before they can get the job started. I just thought that your company would stand up to your responsibilities of correctly diagnosing the issue before any work was performed.
