I order a food delivery from Pollo Tropical App. on December 29,2021. When we received our order it was incorrect so I processed to call to filed a complaint upon my call they told me I would get a refund in a few days and it now January 24 and nothing and I called them about the 10 time in this time period and still nothing I think the case Number is XXXXXX but not sure they refuse to give me any information aboutBusiness response
