Store closed after order was placed and marked as ready for pickup. No one answered window so I honked horn. They came to the window, I advised my order was ready through the app, and asked if they are closed can I just get a refund. They said they were closed. I asked about the refund they said its through their app and theres nothing they could do. I looked at my app there was no cancel order or refund option. Only option was to fill out survey. I asked again how can get my money back. They told me to go and figure it out. I said theres nothing to cancel because its marked complete. I asked again for help. The manager told me to go and learn. Then proceeded to shut window and walk away. 15 min later another manager came to the window. Their manager had GM on the phone. No solution besides calling customer service was given. I asked for voided receipt couldnt provide me one. I asked for gift card/vouchers store doesnt have any. No solution was given and no refund was issued.
